@askpanera Just a few months ago I signed up for the annual sip club where I'm to get free coffee for a year. However, this morning the kiosk here in Brentwood, MO (63144) asked for me credit card to pay the full amount for a cup of coffee. Please refund, fix kiosk. Keith Roper

@askpanera I thought you should know that at your CAFE #600628: your kiosk brought up a past purchase that I added to my order this morning only to charge me the full price for it. I'm in the Sip Club. It wasn't until I clicked on Beverages and selected that I was charged 0.
