@sonicdrivein 35 minutes and still waiting for my order at the Sonic in Frisco. No updates, no apology, just cars getting served while we continue to wait. This is completely unacceptable. Do better. #CustomerService
@adidas@adidasoriginals@adidasUS Adidas Las Vegas Strip why approve holding birthday gifts for kids then sell them anyway? Returned within the approved timeframe and was told (unapologetically) they’d already been sold. Left with nothing. Careless and unacceptable. Do better.
@united I flew from IAH to PTY today and NONE of my bags made it. Four were put on a later flight, and somehow ONE ended up in EWR?? How does that even happen? Now I won’t get it until tomorrow. Completely unacceptable and to make it worse, I got ZERO help from customer service.
@united I’ve called, emailed, waited, and been completely ignored. No bags, no support, no accountability. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. Never again.
@united My bags are in Panama and I’ve been calling +507 6523-8656 for the last 15 minutes with NO ANSWER. Your team told me to call to get my bags delivered—now I’m stuck with no support. This is beyond frustrating. DO SOMETHING NOW.
@united This is beyond unacceptable. I waited 3 HOURS at the airport for 4 of my bags, and the 5th was randomly sent to EWR?! I’m told it might get to me tomorrow. Your response? “Contact baggage.” No ownership, no urgency, no apology. Absolute FAILURE in customer service.
@Panama_ACS I’m an American citizen in need of assistance and we to the embassy and they tell me that I can’t get in because I don’t have an appointment! Disappointed.

I’m a big fan of BWings that I’m visiting Panama and I just ordered 25 wings and I received 22 wings and 3 drums. They rushed to the order and threw what ever they counted in to the order.
