I want my students to finish tall and in balance. The greats always did. When you study players like Jack Nicklaus and Sam Snead, you’ll see that full extension and a balanced finish weren’t optional—they were essential.

Flips and chicken wings are often the result of excess slack in the swing. When there’s no structure, the clubhead takes over. But when you extend fully through the ball and into your finish, you take the slack out and let the motion work the way it was meant to.
