Kirk loves throwing to the big TEs and O'Connell schemed that and/or Cousins would get there in his progression, Darnold/McCarthy prefer the boom/bust play. Cousins was able to hit the big plays because he could pull the safety due to chunk yardage earlier.

Victory was sweet in '23 and the memories are still sweet.
