5 power conferences
2 playoff spots per conference
Top team from each conference gets a first round bye
If a G5 team finishes season undefeated, they bump the lowest team (win/loss) from the top 12.

No more FCs games

Go back to 5-12 team regional conference
Split in half into divisions 60 total teams
All conferences are required to play 8 in-conference games
5 (all) from division. And 3 from other division, rotate following year
