Marbella🇪🇸 life is PEAK thanks to one mountain 🏔️

Marbs is on southern tip of Spain, nearly touching Africa. Basically closest to equator u can be while still in Europe. So, you’d think it would be brutal during this heatwave. Nope. All thanks to MICROCLIMATOMICS & La Concha.

1️⃣ The sea moderates temperature.
Marbella is right on the Mediterranean, which changes temperature slowly. In summer, the sea keeps the coast cooler than inland Andalucía. In winter, it releases stored warmth, keeping Marbella milder than places just a short drive inland.

2️⃣ The mountains block harsh weather.
The Sierra Blanca mtn range rises closely behind Marbella, with peaks like La Concha acting as a walled fortress. It essentially cocoons marbella. This helps shield it and surrounding coastal towns (Estepona, Fuengirola, Mijas etc) from colder/warmer northerly winds. inland towns cook in the summer - Marbs stays stable.

The downside is that it can be feel more wet and humid than surrounding areas, because of its proximity to the sea. But I personally like a bit of salt in the air, so doesn’t bother me.

It’s almost unfathomable to think that London is 35 degrees right now, yet Marbs is only 30. London is 2,000km north ..

Make money in USD, live in Marbs. That simple. It’s is very tough to beat geographically & in climate
