1) After reading some messages within the Wolf Den I feel inspired to share my story here.

I spent, from the end of 2019 thru August 2021, bed-ridden with chronic thoracic & cervical pain, which was exacerbating my c-ptsd.

I couldn’t gym, drive, or even walk…
