🔥🤨 MANY PIONEERS WONDER 👀 WHY DOES THE CORE TEAM NEVER SPEAK UP ABOUT PRICE? 🤔❓
---
This is a question that most Pioneers have asked themselves at least once.
And the answer doesn't lie in the fact that they don't know – it lies somewhere that very few people think to look. 👁️
---
🏛️ PCT is headquartered in the US – and that changes everything
› PCT operates right in Silicon Valley – well within reach of the SEC, the most powerful securities regulator in the world.
› Every statement made by Nicolas or Chengdiao Fan can be screenshotted, extracted, and used as evidence in a legal case. ⚖️
› In the current US legal environment – this is not a theoretical risk. This is a very real one.
---
📋 The precedents have already happened – and they were painful
› Ripple (XRP) was sued by the SEC in 2020 for allegedly selling unregistered securities – part of the evidence came directly from public statements made by their own leadership.
› Telegram was forced to return $1.2 billion and shut down the entire TON project.
› Both said too much at a time when they weren't certain enough. ❌
---
⚖️ The tool SEC uses to scrutinize crypto projects
They use the Howey Test – a legal framework to determine whether an asset qualifies as a security.
› If Nicolas or Chengdiao Fan confirms an expected price point → it could be interpreted as promising returns
› If they commit to an overly specific roadmap → it could be interpreted as an illegal investment solicitation
› One wrong statement at the wrong moment → could bring the entire project down 🚧
---
🔑 This is also why PCT acts firmly against dApps that inflate Pi's value
Allowing dApps to exist within the ecosystem while publicly fixing or inflating the value of Pi – is indirect evidence that PCT tacitly approves of price manipulation.
› In the eyes of the SEC, silence while allowing it to happen = complicity. 🚨
› A dApp that promises returns, sets an unrealistic GCV, or calls on Pioneers to stake Pi for profit – all of this can be interpreted by the SEC as illegal securities activity taking place inside the Pi ecosystem.
› Removing dApps that inflate value is therefore not just about protecting Pioneers – it is about protecting the legal integrity of the entire project. 🛡️
---
💎 PCT's silence is not weakness
It is discipline. It is a legal strategy carefully calculated by a team of attorneys specializing in crypto securities.
Those who understand this will not read PCT's silence as incompetence.
They will read it as professionalism at the highest level. 🧭
📢 If this gave you a clearer picture – don't let it stop here.

GCV COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERIES #25
Achievement Through Endurance
— From Ancient Wisdom to the Future of Pi Network
In the Avatamsaka Sutra, it is said:
“All accomplishments are achieved through forbearance.”
Forbearance is not weakness.
It is not passive silence.
It is disciplined strength.
It is the ability to endure pressure without losing direction,
to remain calm amid noise,
and to continue building when recognition has not yet arrived.
In Buddhist wisdom, forbearance means maintaining clarity and stability amid complexity. It is the ability to endure misunderstanding without hatred, to face difficulty without losing direction, and to remain steady while the world around us changes.
History Teaches Us: Endurance Wins
During the Spring and Autumn period, King of Yue
Goujian in Ancient China
was defeated by King of Wu
Fuchai
His kingdom was has been destroyed and he became King of Wu Fuchai's slave.
Instead of giving up, he chose endurance. He rebuilt quietly. He strengthened agriculture. He trained his army. With the support of wise ministers like
Fan Li
and
Wen Zhong,
he waited for the right moment.
20 Years later, he succeeded. According to history record:
"Defeat and Seeking Peace (494 BC): Goujian, ignoring advice, attacked Wu but was defeated by Fuchai at the Battle of Fujiao, retreating to Kuaiji with only 5,000 remaining soldiers. To preserve Yue, Goujian sued for peace with Wu, willingly enduring humiliation to become a servant. After gaining Fuchai's trust, he was released.
Sleeping on Brushwood and Tasting Gallbladder (493 BC - 473 BC): After returning home, Goujian hung a bitter gallbladder in his residence and slept on brushwood every day, tasting its bitterness to remind himself not to forget the national humiliation.
Enriching the Country and Strengthening the Army:
This historical event became the origin of the idiom "sleeping on brushwood and tasting gallbladder," embodying the spirit of hard work and perseverance.Endurance was not weakness."
It was strategy.
It was preparation.
Modern Enterprise Confirms the Same Principle
-Apple Inc. faced enormous struggles in its early years. Its co-founder,
Steve Jobs,
was once removed from his own company. Through patience and persistence, Apple eventually became a global icon.
-Amazon operated at a loss for years. Many doubted its model.
Jeff Bezos
believed in long-term vision over short-term approval, building a worldwide empire.
-Even in China, Baidu demonstrates the power of patience.
Founded by Yanhong Li in January 2000 at Zhongguancun, Baidu focused on search technology and developed its “hyperlink analysis” approach. After five years of persistence and building its technology and team, Baidu successfully went public on the NASDAQ on August 5, 2005, setting a record for the largest first-day gain at that time.
Early investors in Baidu often regretted not holding their shares long enough after the IPO until 2025, a classic example of missing out on huge capital appreciation opportunities.
Here's more information about Baidu's original shareholders and early executives:
Early Investor Mindset: In Baidu's early development stages (e.g., the early 2000s), many missed investment opportunities due to a lack of understanding of the new internet business model or fears of being scammed. They later deeply regretted their decision when they saw Baidu's stock price skyrocket after its IPO.
IPO Surge: Baidu's stock price surged 350% when it went public on the US stock market in 2005. The subsequent massive gains left many early investors who failed to hold their shares deeply https://t.co/7mLM5W6DYr’s success illustrates that long-term focus, consistent effort, and patience are essential for achieving lasting impact.
True greatness requires long-term resilience.
Today: Our Journey in Pi Network
Today, we are living this principle inside
Pi Network.
Three years ago, the GCV movement began with only one voice — myself.
Today, millions of pioneers support GCV.
That is endurance.
That is faith.
That is long-term commitment.
We have already achieved a major victory:
We proved that pioneers can unite around value.
But now, our responsibility is even greater.
We must help PCT succeed in Pi Network’s mission:
An inclusive digital currency.
Why Has Open Mainnet Not Fully Implemented GCV?
Many ask:
Why are we still waiting?
The answer is simple.
Our ecosystem is still maturing.
There is still misinformation.
There is still noise.
If you read the White Paper, it clearly explains:
Open Mainnet progresses as the ecosystem matures.
What is PCT waiting for?
They are waiting for pioneers.
They are waiting for maturity.
They are waiting for stability.
Ecosystem maturity does not only mean more DApps.
It also means:
• Pioneer loyalty
• Long-term behavior
• Economic participation
• Strong industry alliances
• Real usage
This is why GCV Ambassadors and Special Envoys are so important.
Mass education.
Industry development.
Community stability.
Because we cannot afford failure.
A digital currency must be built on a strong foundation.
Why Do We Wait?
We are not waiting passively.
We are preparing.
We are strengthening the foundation.
We are waiting for pioneers to wake up together
for the vision of Pi:
An inclusive digital currency for the world.
Therefore
All GCV Ambassadors and Special Envoys must practice forbearance.
Endure misunderstanding.
Endure criticism.
Endure delay.
Because endurance is strategy.
Endurance is preparation.
Endurance is power accumulated over time.
From ancient scripture,
to history,
to modern enterprise,
to Pi Network —
One truth remains:
Great achievement requires great endurance.

GCV Community Education Series #11
The Correct Mindset for Pioneers to Reach Fully Open Mainnet (OM) and Achieve Financial Freedom
To fully reach Open Mainnet (OM) and the financial freedom pioneers expect, the right mindset is essential. Two common mindsets are not correct:
❌ Incorrect Mindsets
1. Pessimistic mindset
Some pioneers believe it will take many years, so they stop mining, stop learning, stop contributing, and eventually leave.
This mindset disconnects them from opportunity before results arrive.
2. Blindly optimistic mindset
Others assume everything is guaranteed and that nothing needs to be done—just wait for results.
This creates a passive community that destroys trust and weakens the ecosystem.
✅ The Correct Mindset
1️⃣ Acknowledge reality with confidence
We are already on the road to financial freedom, and we are very close to Open Mainnet.
This is not hope or imagination—it is based on:
Years of mining
KYC and migration
Ecosystem building
GCV already established through massive global consensus data
We have successfully passed many difficult stages that most projects never survive.
2️⃣ Understand where we are now
We are now in the final task:
GCV implementation.
Core Team (CT)
Responsible for:
Technology
Infrastructure
Compliance
System stability
Pioneers
Responsible for:
Community credibility
Long-term vision
Ecosystem participation
Education and correct information
Only when both sides work together can:
Banks
Institutions
Organizations
Companies
Liquidity providers
feel confident to join and cooperate with Pi.
Trust does not come from words—it comes from behavior over time.
3️⃣ Long-term responsibility doesn’t end after GCV implementation
Even after GCV is implemented, pioneers must continue to support the ecosystem.
Why?
Not all countries will accept Pi at the same time
Global financial systems are uncertain
Early-stage ecosystems are always tested
That’s why correct education is critical.
Without education, fear spreads.
With education, confidence grows.
4️⃣ The real risk today
Today, if a pioneer:
Gives up Pi
Only holds Pi but does not contribute
Stops learning and supporting others
They are not being “safe”—
They are losing the best opportunity to change their life.
It also harms Pi Network and affects liquidity providers’ and ecosystem participants’ confidence. When they lose confidence, they will take their investment out. Therefore, education is our long-term task.
5️⃣ What pioneers need to do (simple but powerful)
What we do is actually very simple:
📘 Learn continuously
🤝 Support the Core Team
🌱 Help other pioneers learn
🧭 Uphold long-term vision
💬 Spread calm, factual, constructive education
This is how we protect Pi.
This is how we accelerate Fully OM.
This is how financial freedom becomes reality.
All pioneers need to take Pi Network as our own business and cause. We must guard it for long-term success.

Dear Global Pioneers,
Happy Monday ❤️. Today is a US federal holiday, so I recorded a video in Chinese explaining why we should not be bothered by those who like to argue and debate.
The following is English translation.
🏆 GCV "Empty Cup Mindset"
The power of consensus begins with humility.
The differences in people's levels of thinking stem from
their educational backgrounds, personality traits, life experiences, and differences in their ability to understand and compare.
Therefore,
humility and modesty are the true starting point for personal progress.
When more and more well-educated pioneers with an "empty cup mindset" emerge,
GCV will take deeper root in the Pi Network, become more structurally stable, and achieve stronger consensus,
and truly safeguard the long-term success of the Pi Network.
☸ Zen Anecdote: A Full Cup Cannot Hold Wisdom
There is a highly insightful Zen anecdote.
Once upon a time, there was a scholar who considered himself quite learned.
One day, he overheard someone praising a diligent and devoted Zen master—Nan-in Zen Master.
The scholar was displeased and unconvinced,
even harboring a desire to challenge the Zen Master.
So, he traveled a great distance to visit Nan-in Zen Master.
When the scholar met the Zen Master, the master invited him to sit down,
and then picked up a teapot to pour tea for his guest.
The tea gradually filled the cup,
but the Zen Master continued to pour,
and the tea overflowed, spilling onto the table.
The scholar finally couldn't help but remind him:
"The cup is overflowing!" Zen Master Nan-in stopped, smiling, and said:
"Yes, a cup is full; it can't hold anything more.
Your mind right now is like this cup full of water;
it can't hold anything else.
Come back when you've emptied the cup."
🌱 This story is about ourselves.
Many times,
we are like that cup full of water:
Stubbornly clinging to our own opinions
Self-righteous
Incapable of truly listening to different voices
Especially when learning new things
or building consensus with others,
this "full cup mentality"
can lead to ego inflation, loss of direction,
ultimately leaving empty-handed from a mountain of treasure.
🛑 Regarding Debates: GCV's Clear Stance
Please remember:
Don't argue with people who haven't reached your level of understanding.
Debates only waste your time and energy because they're not there to find answers; they're there to "win the debate."
When someone is at a lower level of understanding,
and filled with intense ego and arrogance,
such a conversation is meaningless.
Like a cup already full of water,
no matter how much you pour,
it will only overflow.
🛡️ Mature and Correct Approach
✔ Ignore meaningless arguments
✔ Decisively block them when necessary
Use your time and energy on what truly matters.
GCV focuses on only three things:
Community building
Pioneer education
Continuous implementation of the GCV ecosystem
🎯 Who are we speaking out for?
We publish content,
not to persuade everyone,
but to attract humble, clear-headed, willing-to-learn, and willing-to-build pioneers.
Those who resonate with us will naturally find us.
✨ Conclusion · The Spirit of GCV
An empty cup can hold consensus
Humility breeds value
Education safeguards the future
GCV does not belong to debaters
GCV belongs to builders.

🐬🐬🐬PI NETWORK NEWS: 📘 ARTICLE #49 – GCV COMMERCE SERIES
“From Pi Payments to GCV Commerce: How Value Becomes Normalized”
(How Usage Turns Consensus into Economic Reality)
Special Research Article (2026)
By JoJo – Global GCV Core Team
------
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Value does not become real when it is announced.
Value becomes real when it is used repeatedly.
Pi Network is now entering a phase where payments are easy, apps are growing, and commerce is possible. The next challenge is not technology—it is normalization of value.
This article explains:
🔸how Pi payments evolve into GCV-based commerce,
🔸why normalization matters more than visibility,
🔸how repeated usage anchors value perception,
🔸and what Pioneers must do to turn consensus into reality.
The core conclusion:
"Payments introduce value.
Commerce reinforces value.
Normalization sustains value."
------
1. WHAT “NORMALIZATION OF VALUE” ACTUALLY MEANS
Normalization occurs when:
🔸prices stop feeling experimental,
🔸users stop recalculating every transaction,
🔸merchants price confidently,
🔸value feels “obvious,” not debated.
At that point, value no longer needs explanation.
------
2. WHY PAYMENTS ARE ONLY THE FIRST STEP
A payment proves that:
🔸Pi can be used,
🔸settlement works,
🔸users can transact.
But payments alone do not define an economy.
Without commerce:
🔸payments remain isolated,
🔸value feels episodic,
🔸pricing lacks continuity.
Commerce creates context.
------
3. WHAT TRANSFORMS PAYMENTS INTO COMMERCE
Payments become commerce when:
🔸goods and services are priced consistently,
🔸transactions repeat across time,
🔸multiple merchants align pricing logic,
🔸users spend Pi without hesitation.
This is where GCV shifts from concept to practice.
------
4. WHY CONSISTENCY MATTERS MORE THAN SCALE
Early on, consistency beats volume.
A small number of merchants pricing coherently:
🔸trains user expectations,
🔸reduces confusion,
🔸builds price memory.
Large volume without consistency:
🔸creates noise,
🔸fragments value,
🔸undermines confidence.
Normalization favors discipline over scale.
------
5. HOW GCV FUNCTIONS DURING NORMALIZATION
GCV is not used as a market quote.
It functions as:
🔸a reference framework,
🔸a coordination tool,
🔸a shared mental model.
This allows merchants to:
🔸align pricing,
🔸defend value,
🔸avoid destructive underpricing.
Normalization depends on shared references.
------
6. WHY REPEATED USAGE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN “PROOF”
Value is not proven by:
🔸screenshots,
🔸one-off purchases,
🔸viral posts.
Value is proven when:
🔸the same user spends Pi again,
🔸the same merchant keeps accepting it,
🔸pricing remains stable over weeks.
Repetition builds belief quietly.
------
7. HOW PRICE MEMORY IS FORMED
Price memory forms when:
🔸users remember what Pi buys,
🔸merchants remember what Pi earns,
🔸communities remember fair exchange.
Once price memory exists:
🔸volatility feels wrong,
🔸extreme deviations are resisted,
🔸normalization accelerates.
Price memory is the backbone of GCV commerce.
------
8. WHY NORMALIZATION MUST PRECEDE OPEN MARKETS
If open markets arrive before normalization:
🔸speculative prices override commerce,
🔸merchants lose confidence,
🔸users hesitate to spend.
When normalization comes first:
🔸markets reflect existing behavior,
🔸not replace it.
This is why Pi emphasizes commerce before trading.
------
9. THE ROLE OF COMMUNITY IN NORMALIZATION
Normalization is social, not technical.
Communities contribute by:
🔸educating newcomers,
🔸discouraging underpricing,
🔸sharing real use cases,
🔸correcting misinformation.
This is why community leadership matters more than announcements.
------
10. WHY DEBATE SLOWS NORMALIZATION
Constant debate about value:
🔸creates uncertainty,
🔸delays habit formation,
🔸prevents confidence.
Normalization requires:
🔸quiet repetition,
🔸shared understanding,
🔸fewer arguments.
Use replaces discussion.
------
11. HOW MERCHANTS BECOME VALUE ANCHORS
Merchants anchor value by:
🔸maintaining consistent pricing,
🔸staying operational,
🔸serving real demand.
Each merchant who stays:
🔸strengthens the network,
🔸stabilizes expectations,
🔸reinforces GCV practice.
Merchants are normalization agents.
------
12. WHAT NORMALIZATION LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
It looks like:
🔸Pi prices not being explained,
🔸fewer questions about “worth,”
🔸smoother transactions,
🔸routine usage.
When value is normalized, it fades into the background.
------
13. WHY THIS PHASE TAKES TIME
Normalization cannot be rushed because:
🔸habits take time,
🔸trust compounds slowly,
🔸consistency must be demonstrated.
Shortcuts destroy credibility.
Pi chooses patience.
To support GCV normalization:
🔸spend Pi where possible,
🔸support merchants who price consistently,
🔸avoid undercutting value,
🔸educate calmly,
🔸build quietly.
This is how economies are formed.
------
15. CONCLUSION:
NORMALIZATION IS THE REAL MILESTONE
The most important milestone in Pi’s journey is not a launch date or a chart.
It is the moment when:
🔸Pi’s value feels normal,
🔸usage feels natural,
🔸and commerce continues without explanation.
When value no longer needs defending,
it has already won.
That is how Pi payments become GCV commerce.🐬🐬🐬
