TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS
Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version)
2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together.
From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name:
The GCV Economy Era
With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion.
This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another.
These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality.

1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China
The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study.
In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value.
After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159.
In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey.
I would like to acknowledge
Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV,
Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage
Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential.
The early path, however, was not easy.
GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division.
My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets.
At that point, I made a deliberate decision:
I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community.
During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement.
From this experience, one truth became clear:
> Sustainability is essential.
Passion alone is not enough.
We must be rational, prepared, and educated.
To succeed, we must:
Use partial Pi + partial fiat
Build education before expansion
Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers
If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive.
If merchants collapse, GCV collapses.
This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision.
---
2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV
By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data.
GCV had to rise worldwide.
One by one, visionary leaders emerged:
Ms. Lumari
Ms. Nonny
Mr. JoJo
Mr. M. Rad
Mr. Olivier
Mr. Iyanda
Mr. Patrick
Mr. Jason
…and many others.
Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East.
Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority.
Let it be clear:
PCT manages technology
Pioneers manage the economy
GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority
Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence.

Today Speech on China GCV Ambassadors and Special Envoys Conference
Distinguished Leaders, Honored Guests, and Members of the GCV Family,
Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to everyone.
It is a great honor and privilege to stand before you today and share my journey of growth, learning, and transformation within the GCV Movement.
When I first joined this ecosystem, I was like many others—a simple individual filled with curiosity, hope, and expectations for the future of the digital economy. I wanted to understand how this new ecosystem could create opportunities for more people, improve the lives of ordinary families, and contribute to the development of stronger and more sustainable communities.
Like many newcomers, I faced uncertainty, challenges, and many unanswered questions. There were moments when the amount of information and new concepts felt overwhelming. However, by maintaining a mindset of continuous learning, remaining open to new ideas, and consistently applying what I learned, I gradually began to discover the true value and purpose of this ecosystem.
Throughout my journey in GCV, I have learned far more than ecosystem development. I have learned the importance of teamwork, responsibility, leadership, and service to others. I realized that personal success alone is never enough. True success is achieved when we help others grow alongside us and create value that benefits the wider community.
Today, the achievement I am most proud of is not a title, a position, or any personal accomplishment. Rather, it is witnessing the transformation of people around me. Seeing individuals who once lacked confidence become capable leaders, seeing merchants embrace new opportunities and innovative ideas, and seeing communities built on trust, cooperation, and shared growth—these are the accomplishments that hold the greatest meaning for me.
A significant part of this growth has been made possible through the training and mentorship provided by Loomly.
Loomly's educational approach goes beyond simply sharing knowledge. It focuses on developing character, leadership, and practical skills. Through structured learning and continuous mentorship, members learn how to think independently, solve problems, take responsibility, and become active contributors to their communities.
Many members who once doubted their abilities have discovered strengths they never knew they possessed. They have developed confidence, taken initiative, and become willing participants in community development. Through this process, they have become role models and leaders capable of inspiring others.
At the same time, Loomly's training promotes collaboration and unity. Members learn how to communicate effectively, work together, and support one another. As more people share their experiences, knowledge, and insights, a positive culture of learning and cooperation naturally develops within the community.
This culture not only accelerates individual growth but also strengthens the entire community. As more people develop their skills and leadership abilities, the community becomes more united, resilient, and capable of creating greater opportunities and economic value for everyone.
However, if I were asked to identify the most significant turning point in my personal development, I would say it was the inspiration and education I received through the Doris Yin Educational System.
The educational platform established by Doris Yin is far more than a school. It is a place where leaders are developed, values are cultivated, and a shared global vision is created.
Within this system, we learn not only knowledge but also responsibility, purpose, and the mission of serving humanity.
Doris Yin has consistently emphasized that education is the most powerful force for social progress. Knowledge shapes thoughts, thoughts influence actions, and actions have the power to transform individuals, communities, and ultimately the world.
Her teachings combine strategic thinking, wisdom, vision, and compassion. She teaches us not only how to achieve success but also why success matters and how it can be achieved with integrity and responsibility.
Through her guidance, we learn to view challenges from a broader perspective and plan for the future with long-term vision. We learn to focus not only on personal interests but also on the well-being of our communities. We learn to value lasting impact over short-term gain.
Most importantly, she teaches us that true leadership is not about power; it is about responsibility. It is not about status; it is about service. It is not about personal achievement; it is about helping others achieve success and reach their fullest potential.
I believe one of the greatest contributions of the Doris Yin Educational System is its ability to unite people across the world.
Regardless of our nationality, language, culture, or background, we can learn, grow, and progress together through a common educational platform.
This type of education breaks down geographical and cultural barriers, creating opportunities for understanding, trust, and cooperation among people from all walks of life.
Although we may differ in language, appearance, and culture, we share common values, common goals, and a common vision for a better future.
Through shared learning and collective growth, we are gradually building a global community united as one family.
I firmly believe that the most powerful force capable of changing the world is not wealth, technology, or authority—it is education.
Education transforms individuals. Individuals influence families. Families strengthen communities. Communities shape nations. And together, countless communities can transform the world.
Today, as I reflect on my personal journey, I am deeply grateful to GCV for providing opportunities to learn, serve, and grow.
I extend my sincere appreciation to Loomly for its dedication to developing people and unlocking human potential.
I am profoundly grateful to Doris Yin for establishing an educational platform that connects and empowers people around the globe.
And I thank every leader, mentor, and partner who has supported, encouraged, and inspired me throughout this journey.
As we look toward the future, I believe that as long as we remain committed to education, collaboration, and service, we will continue to develop outstanding leaders, build stronger communities, and create a more prosperous, equitable, and sustainable future for generations to come.
Finally, I would like to express my deepest respect and gratitude to everyone who has worked tirelessly for the growth and development of GCV.
Let us continue to walk together, learn together, grow together, serve together, and build a brighter future together.
Thank you very much.

GCV Community Health & Well-being Care Series #3
Harmony with Nature: Living Well, Following Natural Laws, and Building the Future Together
Dear Pioneers,
Today, I spent some time walking through a nearby forest park. Surrounded by trees, sunlight, fresh air, and the sounds of nature, I was reminded of an important principle from Taoist philosophy: the harmony between humanity and nature.
In Taoism, people are not separate from nature; we are part of it. Nature follows its own rhythm and laws. Spring brings growth, summer brings abundance, autumn brings harvest, and winter brings rest. The sun rises and sets every day without anxiety or hurry.
When we live in harmony with these natural laws, we tend to be healthier, calmer, and happier.
Unfortunately, many people today spend too much time staring at their phones.
They wake up checking messages.
They go to bed checking updates.
They constantly wait for good news.
They continuously worry about the future.
They live between expectation and anxiety.
But nature teaches us a different lesson.
A tree does not become frustrated because it has not grown taller today.
A seed does not demand fruit the day after it is planted.
A river does not rush because it wants to reach the ocean faster.
Everything develops according to its proper time.
Life is no different.
Take Care of Your Health
The Tao teaches us to follow natural rhythms.
Eat on time.
Sleep on time.
Exercise regularly.
Spend time outdoors.
Enjoy sunshine and fresh air.
Take care of your body and mind.
When the body is healthy, the mind becomes more peaceful.
Good health is not merely a tool for making money. It is the foundation for enjoying life itself.
Many people chase wealth while neglecting their health. Yet without health, even great wealth cannot bring lasting happiness.
Do Not Expect Rewards Without Effort
As Pioneers, we believe in the future of the Pi ecosystem and the vision of a more inclusive digital economy.
However, we must also understand a fundamental reality:
Pi is a long-term project that requires the collective effort of millions of Pioneers around the world.
Every great achievement takes time.
A mighty tree is not grown in a day.
A global economic ecosystem cannot be built overnight.
Therefore, we should not spend our lives waiting for Pi to reward us today.
We must continue to take responsibility for our present lives, our families, and our future.
Establish a Stable Foundation
There is an ancient Chinese saying:
"Before moving the army, prepare the provisions."
In other words, before pursuing any great mission, we must first secure our basic needs.
Dreams are important.
Vision is important.
Purpose is important.
But so is livelihood.
This is why I always encourage Pioneers:
Do not wait for Pi to support you. Support yourself while helping build the ecosystem.
Find meaningful work.
Build a business.
Learn a skill.
Develop your career.
Contribute value to society.
A stable income provides stability for your family and peace of mind for yourself.
When life is stable, the heart becomes calm.
When the heart is calm, wisdom can emerge.
Even If Pi Succeeds, Continue Contributing and Working
Some people imagine that financial success means never working again.
But work is about much more than money.
Work gives us purpose.
Work allows us to learn.
Work helps us grow.
Work connects us with others.
Work enables us to contribute to society.
Many people who stop contributing altogether eventually experience emptiness, loneliness, and a loss of meaning.
Human beings are not designed merely to consume.
We are designed to create, build, serve, and contribute.
The deepest happiness often comes from knowing that our lives have meaning and that our efforts help others.
Life Is More Than Money
Money is important, but money is not everything.
True well-being comes from:
A healthy body
A peaceful mind
A loving family
Genuine friendships
Continuous personal growth
Meaningful contribution to society
Participation in a worthwhile mission
These things often bring far more lasting happiness than numbers in a bank account.
The purpose of life is not simply to accumulate wealth.
The purpose of life is to become a better person, contribute to others, and participate in something meaningful.
Return to Nature, Return to Life
As I walked through the forest today, I watched sunlight filter through the trees, listened to birds singing, and felt the gentle breeze moving through the leaves.
It reminded me of something simple:
Life is already beautiful.
We do not need to spend every moment staring at our phones.
We do not need to spend every day waiting for good news.
We do not need to live in constant expectation and anxiety.
The future will arrive in its own time.
What truly belongs to us is today.
Spend time with your family.
Take care of your health.
Do your work well.
Continue learning.
Help others.
Enjoy nature.
Appreciate a flower, a tree, a sunrise, or a peaceful sky.
This is the wisdom of harmony with nature.
This is the path toward a healthy, balanced, and meaningful life.
May all Pioneers learn to respect nature, love life, follow natural laws, and build the future with patience, wisdom, and steady effort.
Because a healthy, happy, and grounded Pioneer is one of the most valuable assets of the Pi ecosystem and the GCV community.
Together, let us build not only a stronger ecosystem and a successful Pi Network, but also a better life.

🧙♂️🧙♂️🧙♂️PI NETWORK NEWS: 🚨 PI NODE V23 UPDATE — IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NODE OPERATORS
Many Pioneers are currently worried because after the Protocol V23 upgrade, Pi Node synchronization has become very slow, sometimes taking several days or showing “Catching up” status continuously (Please see the two images below). However, based on the official PCT announcement and the real condition of many global nodes, this is largely a normal process during one of the biggest blockchain upgrades in Pi Network history.
📌 Many nodes are currently displaying messages such as:
• “Downloading state file history…”
• “Download & apply checkpoints…”
• “Your computer is syncing with the blockchain”
• Synchronization taking many hours or even several days
This is happening because Protocol V23 includes:
✅ Internal database upgrades
✅ Ledger database rewriting
✅ Large-scale data migration
✅ New checkpoint synchronization system
✅ Preparation for Soroban Smart Contracts on Mainnet
PCT officially stated:
“This upgrade includes an in-place internal database upgrade and data migrations that rewrite existing database files on first startup. Expect longer startup time than usual.”
This means:
➡️ Nodes now need to download much larger ledger data
➡️ Blockchain databases are being rebuilt
➡️ Slow SSDs/HDDs can cause synchronization to take 2–5 days or longer
📊 Signs that your node is still working normally:
✔ Local Block Number continues increasing
✔ Latest Block Number keeps updating
✔ Docker is still running
✔ Node shows checkpoint progress percentages
Example:
“85% done — checkpoints left to apply: 193” (Please see the two images below.)
This indicates that the node is still:
• downloading blockchain data
• applying ledger states
• catching up with the global Pi Network
⚠️ What you should NOT do right now:
❌ Do NOT reset blockchain data if blocks are still increasing
❌ Do NOT uninstall Docker unnecessarily
❌ Do NOT repeatedly turn the node on and off
❌ Do NOT interrupt the migration process midway
Resetting at the wrong time may:
• erase synchronization progress
• force a complete resync from scratch
• add several more days of syncing time
📌 When should you reset the node?
Only consider resetting if:
• Local blocks stop changing for 12–24 hours
• Docker crashes continuously
• The node becomes completely stuck
• No checkpoint progress is happening anymore
💡 Recommendations for Node Operators:
✅ Keep the node running continuously
✅ Disable Windows Sleep Mode
✅ Ensure sufficient free disk space
✅ SSD storage is strongly recommended over HDD
✅ Avoid running too many heavy applications simultaneously
🔥 In summary:
Many Pi Nodes worldwide are currently going through:
• database migration
• checkpoint synchronization
• blockchain catch-up for V23
If your Local Block Number is still increasing, that means:
🚀 Your node is still functioning properly and moving toward full synchronization.
Please remain patient during this historic Pi Network infrastructure upgrade. 🧙♂️🧙♂️🧙♂️

Mutual benefit is a crucial part of development Pi Network.
A strong ecosystem cannot grow through one-sided advantage. Sustainable growth comes when pioneers, merchants, developers, and communities all benefit together.
This is one of the key reasons why the GCV community promotes partial Pi payments at GCV value — to help merchants develop and grow their businesses sustainably.
When merchants accept partial Pi payments, they can gradually enter the Pi economy with lower risk while attracting more customers and increasing business exposure. At the same time, pioneers gain real utility and local ecosystems become more active and connected.
This mutual-benefit model has already shown success within the GCV community. Now our next mission is massive adoption.
Platforms like are free for merchants, making it easier for businesses to join the ecosystem. Merchants can start step by step with partial Pi payments, while communities help support and market their businesses.
In Chinese culture, there is a saying: “合作共赢” — cooperation and mutual success.
This principle is important for long-term ecosystem building:
Respect different contributions
Create fair opportunities
Encourage real utility and adoption
Build trust instead of conflict
Focus on shared growth instead of personal gain
Adoption creates utility. Utility creates circulation. Circulation strengthens the ecosystem.
The faster real adoption grows, the faster we can move toward greater economic opportunity and financial freedom through cooperation, utility, and ecosystem participation.

Thank you very much Dear Mr. Đào Đức Việt for your continuous contribution and support.
Vietnam GCV community and the Industry Alliance have become one of our strongest frontiers in promoting real ecosystem development.
Many pioneers still have misconceptions because they continue to use the traditional cryptocurrency mindset to view Pi Network. Traditional cryptocurrency often follows the path of “wait for listing, sell, and make profits.” Because of this mindset, many people keep waiting and waiting.
However, Pi Network is taking a completely different path — the path of real usage and ecosystem adoption. Speculation is not the main goal. Pi focuses on utility, community cooperation, and real economic circulation. Therefore, success and value cannot suddenly appear from a single announcement or technical upgrade alone.
Technology without adoption has no real value. Every successful technology in history required real-world usage and community participation. No adoption, no value.
This is why the Global GCV Core Team continuously encourages all pioneers to carefully study the Pi White Paper. If people only wait passively, development will naturally become slow. But if pioneers actively help adoption, support merchants, and promote ecosystem usage, the process can move much faster.
I am very happy to see communities from Vietnam, Thailand, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, Laos, China, Botswana, Cameroon, Benin, and many African countries and Arab countries doing an excellent job in building real adoption.
We started from partial Pi payments at GCV, and this has become our win-win strategy. Our immediate goal is not for pioneers to suddenly gain profits. Our goal is to help merchants and local businesses grow their business through ecosystem participation.
When merchants receive support and real business opportunities, they will naturally join the ecosystem. As more merchants participate, healthy competition and stronger circulation will gradually increase the prorated Pi payment level.
This gradual and stable process is how we can safely protect Pi Network while building true massive adoption through the collective effort of pioneers worldwide.
Unity, utility, and adoption are the real foundation of long-term ecosystem success.
