🪷 DORIS’S DAILY QUOTE #37
If you want to see the result, you must first walk on the right path and complete your own responsibility.
I want everyone to understand one simple truth:
Stop guessing, making random connections, and imagining that everything happening in the outside world is somehow connected to us.
Some people constantly try to connect the Clarity Act with us. Others keep connecting CBDCs with us.
I have said this repeatedly:
These things have nothing to do with Pi Network, and they have nothing to do with your financial freedom.
So stop focusing on these things. You must focus on the development of our own community.
Every day, you are waiting for the result. But if you are walking on the wrong path, or you have not completed your own task, how can you see the result you want?
I have repeatedly emphasized:
If the community does nothing and everyone simply waits, it means the failure of Pi, and it means that all the dreams you are waiting for will fall apart.
What pioneers need to do today is actually very simple:
Understand the White Paper.
Improve your understanding.
Educate and build the community.
Complete your own responsibility.
GCV has already succeeded. What lies ahead of us is financial freedom.
But so many people still refuse to listen. Every day, they chase fake news, chase celebrities, or blindly follow the crowd.
This will only hold you back.
If you continue walking in the wrong direction and refuse to complete your own responsibility, you will not see the result you are waiting for.

VIDEO SUMMARY — A MESSAGE TO GLOBAL PIONEERS
In this video, I speak directly to Global Pioneers.
Although I have an extremely busy professional schedule—including working for my tax clients on weekends, attending community meetings, and teaching at the Global GCV Leadership School—I have continued spending a great deal of my personal time recording videos, writing articles, and communicating directly with Pioneers.
Why?
Because I want to build trust with the community. I want Pioneers to know that I am a real person with my own career and personal life. I am not involved in the community for personal financial gain. In fact, if I devoted this time to my professional work instead, I could earn much more money. I have chosen to sacrifice part of my personal time and interests because I believe the success of Pi Network requires the participation of every Pioneer.
One of the biggest challenges today, in my view, is not simply technology. It is the mindset and behavior of Pioneers themselves.
For years, many Pioneers have repeatedly chased fake news, empty promises, and claims that success is “coming soon.” Some influencers and community leaders take advantage of Pioneers’ lack of knowledge, greed, and waiting mentality to gain followers, traffic, or personal benefits.
After being disappointed or misled again and again, some Pioneers lose hope and blame the Core Team. Some leave the community or sell their Pi. Ultimately, this can harm the entire project.
This is also why I believe the pace of KYC, migration, and overall development cannot be viewed purely as a technological issue. If significant risks remain within the community, moving forward must also take those risks into consideration.
Pi’s long-term vision should not be limited to becoming a traditional cryptocurrency asset used mainly for speculation and waiting for prices to rise. The greater vision is for Pi to become an inclusive digital currency that people can actually use to purchase products, pay for services, and participate in real economic activity.
But a digital currency requires a real ecosystem.
The Core Team cannot build that ecosystem alone. It requires Pioneers, merchants, real usage, education, and—most importantly—a change in Pioneer behavior.
That is why my message is simple:
Stop waiting. Start learning and participating.
When I publish videos or educational articles on X and Facebook, Pioneers should read and study them—not because I personally need followers, but because education can help Pioneers protect themselves, think independently, understand the logic behind the project, and help educate others in their communities.
If we can learn, educate, and build together, the result everyone hopes to see can become much closer.
Sometimes what prevents Pioneers from seeing the result is not someone else. It can be their own stubbornness, ignorance, greed, unwillingness to learn, and habit of endlessly waiting.
So my message to Global Pioneers is:
Wake up. Learn for yourself. Protect yourself. Help other Pioneers. Stop waiting and start participating.
The more Pioneers who become educated, independent-minded, responsible, and willing to take action, the stronger the foundation will be for the future we all hope to see.

MY FINAL WORDS TO THE PIONEER COMMUNITY
Dear Global Pioneers,
For years, I have spent countless hours writing articles, recording videos, educating Pioneers, and speaking directly with the community—not for personal benefit, but because I believe Pi’s success requires all of us.
Today, the greatest obstacle is not simply technology. It is the waiting mentality, fake news, empty promises, misinformation, scams, and lack of independent thinking within the community.
Pi cannot become an inclusive digital currency through technology alone. It needs a real ecosystem, and an ecosystem needs educated, responsible, and active Pioneers.
I have already written and spoken extensively. Now the responsibility is yours.
Learn for yourself. Think independently. Protect yourself. Educate others. Stop chasing fake news. Stop endlessly waiting. Start participating.
One person cannot make Pi successful. If Pioneers do not change, delays may continue for years, and Pi risks becoming merely another speculative cryptocurrency instead of achieving its greater vision as an inclusive digital currency.
I also want to give one final and very serious warning:
Be extremely careful of scams, including people who use the name of GCV to gain trust or collect money.
No GCV Ambassador, Special Envoy, General, leader, or title holder is authorized to collect money, solicit donations, or raise funds for personal benefit.
Never donate money to them. Never give them money simply because they use the GCV name or hold a title.
Even people who are not officially under my leadership may still use the name GCV. Please remain cautious and verify carefully.
I have warned the community many times. Protect yourself and do not blindly trust titles, names, or promises.
This is my final video and message to the Pioneer community for now.
When will I appear again?
When Pioneers truly need me.
Until then, remember:
Your future cannot be built by waiting.
It must be built by you.

PUBLIC STATEMENT
Independence is respected—but independence also requires respect for boundaries.
The Global GCV Movement does not interfere with independent organizations. They are free to establish their own communities and conduct their own activities.
However, we do not recognize or authorize commercial activities conducted within Global GCV Movement communities involving the sale of GCV Ambassador cards or other products.
Such activities do not reflect the principles, vision, or spirit of the Global GCV Movement.
Our principle is simple:
GCV is about serving pioneers—not profiting from pioneers.
Independent groups are free to operate within their own communities. However, they are not authorized to enter official Global GCV Movement groups or channels to recruit members, sell GCV Ambassador cards, promote commercial products, collect money, or create the impression that such activities are authorized or endorsed by the Global GCV Movement.
We are not interfering with their independence. We are protecting the boundaries of our own community.
We do not recognize these commercial activities as part of the Global GCV Movement, and we do not permit them within the official communities and channels under our administration.
Our boundaries are clear.
Our principles are clear.
Our responsibility is to protect our pioneers and our community.
We will not engage in endless arguments.
We have made our position clear. Now we move forward.

GCV Pioneer Education Series #100
The Law of Cause and Effect: Pioneers Must Learn to Discern Whom to Follow
Dear Pioneers,
Some people do not understand the law of cause and effect.
This universe and this world operate according to cause and effect.
What kind of thoughts are you sending out? What intentions are behind your actions? What kind of seeds are you planting today?
If a person's heart is filled with greed—if the intention is to harm others, deceive Pioneers, or use personal influence to manipulate the community—then those thoughts and actions are already planting corresponding causes.
Some people, in order to gain personal fame, profit, status, influence, attention, and followers, are willing to turn right and wrong upside down. They distort facts, spread misleading information, manufacture false expectations, and lead Pioneers in the wrong direction.
From the Buddhist perspective of karma, deliberately deceiving others and exploiting their trust for personal benefit creates serious negative karma.
If someone goes even further and uses influence, position, or the trust of Pioneers to obtain their money through deception, the consequences can be even more serious.
You may believe that today you have gained many things.
You gained followers.
You gained influence.
You gained fame.
Perhaps you even gained money.
But you should ask yourself:
What kind of cause did you plant in order to obtain these things?
You may be able to deceive people temporarily, but you cannot forever escape the consequences created by your own actions.
Pioneers Must Learn to Protect Themselves
I want every Pioneer to develop one fundamental ability:
Learn how to judge whom you should trust and whom you should follow.
Be especially cautious with people who consistently hide their real identity, real name, or background while attempting to build enormous influence over the Pioneer community.
I am not saying that everyone who chooses not to show their face is automatically dishonest.
However, if someone refuses to provide verifiable information about who they are and avoids accountability, while at the same time asking thousands of Pioneers to trust them, follow them, participate in their activities, or give them money, then you must exercise extreme caution.
Ask yourself:
Who is this person?
Do I really know this person's identity?
Can I independently verify what this person is telling me?
What evidence supports these claims?
If Pioneers suffer losses, will this person stand up and accept responsibility?
Do not give someone your complete trust simply because that person speaks confidently.
And never hand over your money simply because someone has many followers.
Why Do Some People Gain Followers So Quickly?
There is a reason.
They know exactly what Pioneers want to hear.
Pioneers want good news, so they give you good news every day.
You want to hear that success is coming immediately, so they tell you:
“Very soon.”
You ask, “When?”
They give you a date.
You want to hear that everything has already been completed, so they tell you:
“Everything is ready.”
You want technical proof, so they show you code, screenshots, numbers, or technical terminology and tell you:
“Look at the code. Everything has already been proven. Success is just around the corner.”
These messages are attractive because they give people exactly what they want to hear.
But every Pioneer must understand:
What you most want to hear is not necessarily the truth.
No matter how beautifully someone speaks, their words alone cannot make reality conform to their promises.
Reality does not change simply because someone gives you a beautiful story.

GLOBAL GCV AMBASSADOR NOTIFICATION
Respect Independence — Protect Pioneer Freedom — Maintain Community Unity
To: All Global GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, GCV Army Leaders, Community Leaders, and Pioneers
Dear Global GCV Leaders and Pioneers,
Recently, there have been discussions concerning certain leaders or groups choosing to operate independently from the Global GCV Movement.
I want to make the Global GCV position very clear:
We respect anyone's decision to become independent.
If a country's top leader or any GCV leader decides that they no longer wish to serve within the Global GCV organizational structure, they are free to submit their resignation and establish or participate in an independent community.
There should be no hostility, retaliation, or personal attacks because of such a decision.
However, one leader's decision to become independent does not automatically represent the decision of every pioneer under that leader.
Every pioneer is an independent individual and must have the freedom to decide whether they wish to remain with GCV, join another community, participate in multiple communities where appropriate, or remain independent.
Therefore, I ask all Global GCV Ambassadors and leaders to follow these principles:
1. Do not force pioneers to choose sides.
2. Do not pressure pioneers to leave GCV because a leader has resigned.
3. Do not mislead pioneers or create unnecessary confrontation between communities.
4. Do not treat community members as the personal followers or property of any leader.
5. Respect leaders who choose independence and pioneers who choose to remain with GCV.
6. Protect existing GCV groups, educational networks, and community structures from unnecessary division.
7. Remain calm, professional, and focused on education, ecosystem development, and service to pioneers.
Leadership is a responsibility—not ownership of people.
A leader may decide for themselves, but every pioneer must be allowed to make their own decision.
Even when organizations choose different paths, cooperation is still possible when we share common objectives. Organizational independence does not have to become hostility.
Our priority remains unchanged:
Protect the interests of pioneers.
Maintain community stability.
Respect freedom of choice.
Continue education and ecosystem development.
Work together for the success of Pi Network and the Global GCV Movement.
Please remain calm and disciplined. Do not participate in personal attacks, rumors, arguments, or unnecessary confrontation.
Unity does not require everyone to hold the same position. True unity requires mutual respect, freedom of choice, and commitment to the greater interests of the community.
With respect,
Doris Yin

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO GLOBAL GCV PIONEERS
Leadership Adjustment Does Not Mean Division
Dear Global GCV Pioneers,
I want everyone to clearly understand an important principle of organizational management within the Global GCV Movement:
GCV positions belong to the mission—not to any individual.
Within the Global GCV Core Team and throughout the entire GCV structure, leadership positions—including GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, Chairs, Executive Directors, GCV Army Generals, Leadership School leaders, and other responsible positions—may be evaluated, adjusted, rotated, or replaced according to actual performance and organizational needs.
A position is not a permanent title of honor.
It is a responsibility and a mission.
I must continuously evaluate our leaders:
Are they completing the responsibilities assigned to them?
Are they producing results?
Do their abilities match their positions?
Are they improving the efficiency of their teams?
Are they putting the overall interests of the community and the Global GCV Movement above personal interests?
If someone's abilities are better suited to another responsibility, I may adjust that person's role. If someone cannot fulfill the requirements of a position, I must have the ability to appoint someone more suitable.
This is not personal. It is normal organizational management, talent allocation, and resource optimization.
Leadership Adjustment ≠ Division
There is another important misunderstanding that pioneers must correct.
Whenever a leader's position changes, some people immediately think:
“Is GCV dividing?”
This way of thinking is incorrect.
If every change of leadership, reassignment of responsibility, or organizational restructuring were considered a “division,” no mature organization could ever develop effectively.
Personnel adjustment is management. Organizational division is something entirely different.
In fact, sometimes leadership adjustments are necessary precisely to make an organization more united, more efficient, and healthier.
When I adjust a position, instead of immediately asking whether there is a division, please consider:
Will this adjustment improve our overall work?
Will it increase efficiency?
Will it place the right person in the right position?
Will it help the Global GCV Movement move forward?
These are the questions that matter.
Do Not Become Attached to “Who Is My Leader?”
I also ask pioneers not to become overly attached to a particular leader or develop the mentality:
“I only follow this person.”
As human beings and pioneers, we are equal in dignity.
Leadership simply means that, during a particular stage, someone has been given additional responsibility to coordinate, educate, manage, support, and serve others.
Today, one person may be responsible for communicating with you and helping your community. At another stage, according to the needs of the overall movement, someone else may take over that responsibility.
Do not turn commitment to the mission into personal attachment to a particular leader or title.
GCV should not be built around any individual.
It should be united around our shared mission, principles, direction, and goals.
The Founder Maintains the Overall Direction; Other Roles May Be Adjusted
The Founder carries the responsibility for maintaining the continuity of the original vision, overall direction, and mission of the Global GCV Movement.
Only Founder won't be changed. All leaders can be changed.
Other management and leadership positions may be dynamically adjusted according to organizational needs, individual abilities, performance, and different stages of development.
From a global perspective, I will continue to observe, evaluate, and optimize our organizational structure.
Put the right people in the right positions and give the right responsibilities to those who can perform them effectively.
This is not division.
This is management.
This is optimization.
This is organizational development.
If we become afraid to adjust an unsuitable position simply because someone might call it “division,” then we would lose our ability to improve the organization.
That would ultimately hurt the entire community.
There Is One Standard: Does It Serve the Mission?
GCV positions do not exist to satisfy anyone's desire for status, recognition, or personal honor.
Positions exist for work.
Authority exists for responsibility.
Organization exists for the mission.
Therefore, I ask all pioneers to develop a mature understanding of leadership changes.
Do not become overly excited when someone receives a higher position, and do not assume there is a crisis whenever someone is reassigned or replaced.
Instead, ask:
Is our work continuing?
Is our efficiency improving?
Is our community becoming stronger and healthier?
Is our mission continuing to move forward?
As long as our common direction remains clear and we continue working toward our shared mission, normal personnel adjustments do not mean division.
On the contrary, an organization that is capable of identifying problems, adjusting responsibilities, optimizing talent, and improving efficiency is an organization with vitality and strength.
Please remember:
Leadership adjustment does not mean division.
Leadership rotation does not mean a change of direction.
People may change.
Positions may change.
Structures may be optimized.
But our shared mission must continue.
Do not unite around positions.
Do not unite around personalities.
Let us unite around our shared principles, our shared direction, and our shared mission.
That is the foundation upon which the Global GCV Movement can continue to grow with unity, stability, and strength.

Founder, Global GCV Movement
GCV COMMUNITY EDUCATION SERIES #87
Leadership Changes Do Not Mean Division
Understand the Difference Between a Founder, an Owner, and an Appointed Manager
Recently, I realized that there is an important organizational concept that every GCV pioneer and leader should clearly understand:
A change in leadership does not mean that an organization has divided.
Some pioneers may see the resignation, replacement, or reassignment of senior leaders and immediately conclude:
“GCV has divided.”
This conclusion often comes from confusing founders with appointed management leaders.
They are completely different roles.
What Does “Founder” Mean?
The word founder, when used as a noun, means:
A person who starts or establishes a new company, organization, school, group, or movement.
Therefore, being appointed to a senior position does not automatically make someone a founder.
A person may become a CEO, Executive Director, Chairperson, Ambassador, Commander, or another important leader and still remain an appointed manager rather than a founder.
Authority granted through a position is not the same as founder status.
Lumari and JoJo Were Management Leaders, Not Founders
I want to make this point very clear:
Lumari and JoJo are not founders or co-founders of the Global GCV Movement.
They made contributions to the community, and those contributions should be recognized and respected.
However, contribution and management responsibility do not change the historical fact of who established a movement.
Lumari and JoJo served as members of the management and leadership structure that I appointed to help serve the community.
Lumari herself described JoJo as part of the management team appointed to serve the community.
That distinction is important.
Being appointed to help manage a movement is not the same as founding the movement.
Think About a Company
A simple company example makes this easy to understand.
Suppose two people establish a company together, invest in it together, and are formally recognized as co-founders or co-owners.
Later, they disagree about the future direction of the company and decide to end their partnership.
One goes in one direction, and the other goes in another.
In that situation, it is reasonable to say that the partners have separated.
But now consider a very different situation.
A founder establishes a company and later hires or appoints a CEO to manage it.
The CEO may become extremely powerful within the company.
The CEO may supervise thousands of employees.
The CEO may make important operational decisions.
The CEO may even become the public face of the company.
But none of these things automatically makes the CEO a founder.
If the company’s governing authority later replaces that CEO, has the company “divided”?
Of course not.
The company has simply changed its management.
The same principle applies when a company replaces an Executive Director, Vice President, Regional Director, department head, or another senior executive.
These changes may be called:
Leadership adjustment.
Management restructuring.
Organizational restructuring.
They do not automatically constitute organizational division.
A Position Is a Responsibility, Not Ownership
This is one of the most important principles of organizational management:
A position is a responsibility. It is not personal property.
A CEO does not own the CEO position forever.
An Executive Director does not own the Executive Director position.
A Chairperson does not own the chairmanship.
An Ambassador does not own the ambassador position.
A Commander does not own the command position.
These positions exist because an organization needs people to perform particular responsibilities.
If someone performs effectively, that person may continue serving.
However, if organizational needs change, performance does not meet expectations, responsibilities need to be redistributed, or another person becomes more suitable for the role, leadership may be adjusted.
That is normal organizational governance.
The Same Principle Applies to GCV
The Global GCV Movement should never revolve around one appointed leader or one management position.
Our positions exist to serve our mission. Our mission does not exist to preserve anyone’s position.
GCV Ambassadors, Special Envoys, Executive Directors, Chairs, Commanders, school leaders, and other members of the leadership structure may therefore be evaluated and adjusted according to organizational needs, performance, ability, character, responsibility, and effectiveness.
Someone may be promoted.
Someone may receive additional responsibilities.
Someone may be reassigned.
Someone may resign.
Someone may be replaced.
New leaders may be appointed.
None of these changes, by themselves, means that GCV has divided.
Replacing an appointed leader does not create two GCV movements.
Changing an Executive Director does not create another founder.
Reorganizing the management team does not rewrite the history of who established the movement.
Respect Contributions, but Do Not Confuse Roles
We should always appreciate people who have contributed their time, energy, abilities, and dedication to the Global GCV Movement.
But appreciation should not create confusion about organizational roles.
We can say:
“Thank you for your contribution.”
We can say:
“You served the community with dedication.”
We can recognize someone’s achievements and contributions.
But that does not mean we should incorrectly transform an appointed leader into a founder or co-founder.
There is an important distinction:
Founder — establishes the movement.
Management leader — is appointed or selected to help operate and lead the movement.
These two concepts should not be confused.
The Organization Is Greater Than Any Position
A mature organization understands:
The organization is greater than any position, and the mission is greater than any individual.
A CEO is not the company.
An Executive Director is not the organization.
An Ambassador is not the movement.
A Chairperson is not the mission.
Every leader has a responsibility to serve during the period in which he or she holds a particular position.
When leadership changes, the mission continues.
That is not instability.
That is organizational continuity.
Leadership Changes Are Not Evidence of Division
Therefore, pioneers should not interpret every leadership adjustment emotionally.
If a senior leader resigns or is replaced, ask first:
Has the organization itself divided, or has its management simply changed?
These are very different things.
If appointed managers change while the organization continues under the same mission and organizational structure, that is a management transition, not automatically a division.
This distinction is especially important for GCV pioneers who may have developed strong personal relationships with individual leaders.
Respect people.
Appreciate their service.
But do not confuse loyalty to an individual with commitment to the structure and mission of the entire movement.
Remember These Simple Principles
Founders establish organizations.
Managers help operate organizations.
A management title does not automatically create founder status.
Replacing a CEO does not mean a company has divided.
Replacing an appointed GCV leader does not mean the Global GCV Movement has divided.
Leadership positions exist to serve the mission; the mission does not exist to preserve anyone’s position.
True unity does not mean that the same people must remain in the same positions forever.
True unity means that even when leaders, titles, and responsibilities change, everyone continues working toward the same mission.
Positions may change.
Responsibilities may change.
Leaders may change.
But the mission continues.
That is organizational maturity.
That is responsible management.
And that is true unity.
