@Rich_Cooper Don’t get fat, stay in shape. It changes the way you look at the world and the way the world looks at you. Don’t eat like an a-hole and lift heavy. There’s no excuse.
@Liathetrader You're not buying food. You're buying prepared foods. You're paying for the convenience of not cooking and preparing your own food. You probably also pay too much for propaganda labels like "organic." Buy whole ingredients, cook in bulk. Just saved you 50% or more.
@terftasticwoman@_bigparma@DeanTTraining Agreed on all counts. Not sure where we’re disagreeing? Moderation and reduction don’t mean elimination. Have the burger, have the saturated fat, just don’t make it the core of your diet. And get blood work to verify you are actually healthy, instead of going on vibes.
@_bigparma@DeanTTraining Not according to the majority of the data; everything in moderation, but saturated fat should be kept to a minimum for most people. Omega3 and Omega6 is much more important and much healthier long term.
@DerivativesKid@TheJoeySwoll There are thousands of other minutes left in the week to weight lift. That’s the point. This 39 minute snapshot in time tells you nothing about her workout routine.
@TheJoeySwoll I spend 45 minutes cycling four times a week. My cardio is better than it's ever been. I also lift heavy three times a week. Encapsulating someone's entire fitness education into a 39-minute observation is just ignorance. He seems to be the one who needs education.
@starbuck_1973@yonann All of his teachings are free. You can follow his entire plan for free. He literally tells you how he would do it on his podcast every week with real-world examples. People willingly buying his program is their choice.
@iownjakesadly@MattWalshBlog I'm saying that changing the system so that being incompetent to stand trial simply becomes a delay in serving your sentence until you are competent. If you never become competent, you still spend the rest of your life in an institution, isolated from the public.
