Alpha Homora <> Iron Bank: A Story of Bad Debt Allocation

TLDR: Alpha Homora's massive ETH debt to Iron Bank means users can't withdraw ETH and protocol incentives are out of alignment

But since AH gets the ETH at 0%, the lending yield is at ~1%. To mitigate this problem and allow users to withdraw funds, AH is diluting its ETH debt liability with its USDT pool.

Long term, this is great for ETH holders.
