Following an incident within the vicinity of Dubai (DXB), it appears that, for the first time since the conflict broke out, numerous flights are being diverted to Dubai Al Maktoum (DWC).
Air traffic recovery after the outbreak of the conflict appears to be stalling. Emirates and Air Arabia are back to about two-thirds of pre-conflict flights, flydubai around 38%, while Etihad and Qatar Airways remain below 15% of normal operations.

Emirates resumes operations
Emirates will resume operations. Passengers who have confirmed bookings for this afternoonโs flights may proceed to the airport. This includes customers transiting in Dubai, if their connecting flight is also operating.
Customers can check the flight schedule for upcoming flights, as well as book seats to travel via https://t.co/K4Fcp37GYR.
Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly.
We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience. The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority and will not be compromised.
Dubai (DXB) bound London flight circles above the UAE. I'd assume they are diverting to Al Maktoum (DWC) but it seems like a slow process.

Confirmed: A number of Emirates flights are diverting to Al Maktoum (DWC)..
This suggests UAE airspace is open. Sharjah and Al Maktoum are accepting flights, but Dubai (DXB) does not appear to be doing so at this stage.

Current airspace closure appears to be affecting Sharjah, Dubai, Al Maktoum, Abu Dhabi.
This indicates that Sharjah has reoped. Two planes on final approach.
