@merchant_token Please resolve all KYCs and undelivered coins (or refund them), complete burn, more transparent and frequent communication, and explain thought process behind distribution at launch (especially backdating to July 6th). Explain Dubai withdrawal and Visa partnership expiraration.

@merchant_token It's not too late to fix reputational damage but your team has their work cut out for them...need transparent and frequent communication with your investors for starters, ICO was highly successful for HIPS but punished all early investors severely and unfairly.
