The government doesn't rate you.

The people who you grind for and risk your life for don't rate you.

Nurses don't rate you, lab scientists and pharmacists don't rate you.

Your parent body- The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria doesn't rate you cos it would rather bring the hammer on your head as a Doctor cos a random nurse or patient reported you, while leaving Quacks to walk free.

Heck, you don't even rate eachother cos you all are throwing yourselves under the bus at every given opportunity.

No unity, no collective and interpersonal interest in the spirit of collective self preservation.

At ward rounds, you come down heavily on young Doctors, insult them and KILLING THEIR CONFIDENCE ON A DAILY BASIS cos "they don't know stuff", just to impress watching Nurses, something other members of the Healthline would never do to their junior colleagues in the presence of a Doctor.

Professors, Consultants, Senior Registrars and even former victims who now become Registrars, are guilty of this.

No one rates you until you are the only hope they have, you then get temporary rating.

The lack of rating didn't start online and social media is NOT the cause. We are our own problem cos you are doing nothing different from the above i have just stated.

The problem is NOT a Doctor who complained about HMO subscribers who do some things we Doctors complain and laugh over in our call rooms but come online to crucify another Doctor for making a clear joke off his frustration.

I have been seeing posts condemning him and other Doctors but ignored....but since we all want to throw eachother under the bus ceaselessly, let me help, cos i kukuma am a one-man walker.

The Doctor will NEVER be rated by the least of people cos we always proving through our actions to be the most stupid in the entire Healthline.

Brilliance and intelligence are two very different concepts.
