SUBJECT: LEGAL NOTICE FOR CEASE AND DESIST, PUBLIC APOLOGY, AND INCITEMENT OF OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS ON DUTY UNDER THE BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS), 2023.

1. THAT you are the founder, administrative head, and spiritual guide running the entity 'Aumana Foundation'situated at Swarg Ashram, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, operating online through https://t.co/T5NgXW1oPn.

2. THAT on or about (21st July 2026 ) , video footage circulated on public platforms (including X/Twitter status ID 2079537359495057840) captures you actively participating in a public demonstration/protest and openly provoking, instigating, and encouraging demonstrators to attack, confront, and physically target police personnel deployed in uniform on official duty.

3. THAT police personnel on duty represent the sovereign authority of the State tasked with maintaining public order. Your explicit exhortation to attack uniformed officers constitutes a direct, premeditated provocation calculated to induce physical violence, cause grave injury to public servants, and trigger public chaos.

4. THAT your acts and statements constitute serious criminal offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, including but not limited to:
  a) Section 196 (Promoting enmity, hatred, or ill-will endangering public order);
  b) Section 221 & Section 132 (Obstructing and abetting criminal force against public servants discharging duty);
  c) Section 49 & Section 53 (Abetment of an offense by inciting a public gathering);
  d) Section 353 (Public mischief and incitement to commit an offense against state law enforcement).

5. IN LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING, WE HEREBY CALL UPON YOU TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING DEMANDS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE:

  a) CEASE AND DESIST forthwith from making any statements, speeches, or gestures that provoke, incite, or encourage violence or obstruction against law enforcement agencies or any public officials.

  b) ISSUE AN UNCONDITIONAL PUBLIC APOLOGY tendered across your official digital platforms (including https://t.co/T5NgXW1oPn and associated social media handles) retracting all instigative remarks made against police personnel.

  c) COOPERATE FULLY with local law enforcement authorities and investigative officers regarding any criminal inquiries or FIRs registered in connection with the incident.

TAKE NOTICE that if you fail to comply with the requisitions of this notice within the stipulated period of 7 (Seven) days, our Client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you, including filing a formal First Information Report (FIR) under the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, alongside civil remedies, entirely at your risk, cost, and consequence.

A copy of this notice is retained in our office for future legal reference.

We had observed from the start that the atmosphere had been hijacked by a different agenda; the issue didn't really seem to be about NEET anymore… A young man named Aditya Anand came to us wanting to speak. He explained that he had been involved in the protest but had objected when he was pressured to use abusive language—specifically against PM Modi, Amit Shah, and Dharmendra Pradhan. He was asked to use filthy language and insults directed at PM Modi’s late mother and the wife of HM Amit Shah. Because of this objection, other protesters assaulted him… When Aditya was speaking to us, at that moment our camera shook, which is clearly visible in the video, and a young man, wearing a red T-shirt, groped me. I objected immediately, and the crowd surrounded us from all sides and surged towards me aggressively… Their main motive seemed to make us feel hopeless and break our resolve… We somehow managed to reach our vehicle and got inside, but they surrounded the car and started banging on it violently. The front windshield cracked, the side mirror was smashed, and the car sustained dents all over. They started hurling filthy abuses and shouting things…"

जम्मू-कश्मीर में सर्विस सेलेक्शन बोर्ड की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां कांग्रेस और नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस की सरकार है।

इसी तरह हिमाचल प्रदेश में स्कूल शिक्षा बोर्ड की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां कांग्रेस की सरकार है।

झारखंड में जेएसी की हिंदी और विज्ञान की परीक्षाओं के पेपर लीक हुए, जहां कांग्रेस और झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा की सरकार है।

तेलंगाना में इंटरमीडिएट भाषा परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ। वहां भी कांग्रेस की, सीपीआई के समर्थन वाली सरकार है। इसी प्रकार एसएससी की भाषा परीक्षा में भी पेपर लीक का मामला सामने आया।

तमिलनाडु में बी.एड. पाठ्यक्रम की परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ। उस समय वहां विपक्ष की सरकार थी।

पश्चिम बंगाल में पुलिस कांस्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा का पेपर लीक हुआ, जहां उस समय तृणमूल कांग्रेस (TMC) की सरकार थी।

पंजाब में पंजाब सबऑर्डिनेट सर्विसेज सेलेक्शन बोर्ड की ग्रुप-डी परीक्षा में भी पेपर लीक का मामला सामने आया। इसी तरह केरल में पीएससी की 26 परीक्षाओं में अनियमितताओं के आरोप लगे।

कर्नाटक में, जहां कांग्रेस की सरकार है, वहां भी पीओसी परीक्षा का पेपर लीक होने का मामला सामने आया।

ये तो केवल कुछ उदाहरण हैं, ऐसी घटनाओं की सूची काफी लंबी है।

मैं विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी जी से पूछना चाहूंगा कि इस मुद्दे पर आपका रवैया चयनात्मक क्यों है?
