Life as a corporate lawyer
Monday: shoot I might run out of work soon what am I going to do
Tuesday-Sunday: I can’t keep up with all the work I have

@KaranSheth1991 It's 1.8 minutes per mark, not the reverse- and the paper still has a solid chunk of fairly straightforward read the index of the bare act type questions. Realistically you can also attempt just 60 questions at 3 minutes per question and pass if you're being reasonably accurate.
I'm realising that this "aibe was so difficult, most difficult ever till date" rona dhona is actually an annual thing because now I'm remembering people saying the same about the one I gave.
@Shubbi00 And you could've done the same for yours! I looked at the paper - you could easily solve the whole paper in under two hours if you actually used ur brain and knew how to use the index of a bare act ❤️
Having seen the kinds of materiality thresholds even the most chindi M&A/PE transaction adopts for dilligence, it's v funny to see headlines where some court fines companies INR 2 lakh for having dark patterns in their software, or construction companies for doing shady business
@Shubbi00 I finished in an hour and a half when I gave the exam ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ you rlly need chill- even if the aibe this year was 10 times harder than it was last year, it would still be a ridiculously easy exam by all accounts
I gave my AIBE exam yesterday but i would like to tell you my LSAT score was 98.9 I came in the top 500 rank of AILET I’ve been a straight A student and topper all my life with a CV that doesn’t have the word participation in it and Jindal gave me a free ride but please go on.
BC who makes such a big deal about AIBE?
If 3/5 years of law school were not enough for you to learn HOW TO READ A BARE ACT, respectfully return your degree.
The senior bar in Delhi litigation is quietly performing a public service by keeping city's rental market in check. By paying no stipend to the 1000s of juniors entering the profession every year they ensure there simply aren't enough people with the means inflate rents.
I have a feeling that a lot of you would join the Bajrang Dal if someone convinced you that beating up couples on Feb 14 is anti-imperialist, decolonial praxis.
Judicial impropriety has become the norm now, with smaller benches contradicting larger benches of the Supreme Court and High Courts holding that Supreme Court judgments are not binding on them, claiming they are hit by stare decisis.
The AIBE can be described in many ways, and many features can be attributed to it, but there is NO world where it can conceivably be said to involve "extreme time pressure" - some of y'all need to calm down
