Many of the Black people complaining about the Carmello Anthony verdict today mention an "All White Jury".

Why does that matter? Two reasons:

1. They KNOW on average Whites on a jury will judge based on evidence and arguments over race which they perceive as a direct threat to them.

2. They feel Blacks would have judged based on race alone, or as the most important factor which again, they perceive as something that benefits them.

You can not have jurors and for that matter many other roles in society, filled with people that think this way. It is one of many reasons we are in crises socially as a nation right now.
