For the kids in Rumuodogo School in Nigeria, quality education seems like a far dream. Their present reality of what good education is about is absolutely nothing pleasing. The rate of kids wanting to go to Rumuodogo School has drastically reduced by over 70% overtime, due to the terrible condition of the school and with no help coming. This has gone a long way in affecting the overall development of the kids in the community, as well as the overall growth of the community.

The current state of the school is one no child deserves to learn in. The school has no good roofs to shield the children against rain and sun, as such this kids find it very difficult to learn or come to school in rainy days or seasons. Even in times of intense heat from the sun, they find it difficult to learn.

The kids have no good desks to sit and learn. Each day, these kids come to school carrying small local sits/desks or plastic ones from their various houses to school and taking it back at the closure of the day.

The security of these kids is not guaranteed as they have no doors, no windows, not even a fence to protect the kids in their school. This has cause high security challenges in the school as a lot of stealing, fights from various cult groups has been happening within the school environment.

These children are exposed to sickness daily, as they come learning in dirty environments, no toilets, no clean water, etc.

Their parents are basically local famers hence not having enough money to send their kids to good school far outside the community.

Would be great to also have you and @mamebnb support us in rebuilding Odogo Community School. The current condition of the school is entirely dilapidated exposing the kids to lots of danger. With the current condition of the school, most of the kids rarely want to come to school hence illiteracy level within the community is steadily on the rise.

Few months ago, we visited Owuroboma in Bukuma, we saw the people within the community faced with the challenge of having access in getting clean water to drink and use for their daily survival.

The challenge were so severe that it has negatively affected every aspect of their living, constant suffering from disease like diarrhea & typhoid, kids having difficulty to meet up their education cause they need to go miles away to fetch water in the morning, etc.

How beautiful it is that right now @speedyoneth has been able to give the village good and clean water through us @Crypto_4_Impact

$SPEEDY donated boreholes at various locations in the village.

It is amazing to see the smiles on the faces of both old and young knowing they can now have good and clean water to drink and carry out their daily activities without fear of diseases and sickness.
