⚖️ The stability of decentralized lending protocols like NAVI heavily depends on the health of the lending/borrowing dynamic.

NAVI uses a Health Factor for accounts to keep the stability of the protocol in check.

🔢 This health factor is a numeric representation of the safety of your deposited assets against the borrowed assets and their underlying value.

🆙 What you need to understand is that the higher the value of this number, the safer your positions remains from liquidation.

🤒 If the HF of a given account reaches 1 (or below), the position becomes at risk of liquidation. Liquidating unhealthy positions is essential to maintaining solvency for the protocol.

📉 Price volatility might affect the HF negatively. For example, the market value of the collateral dropping significantly could reduce your HF.

To remedy this situation, the user needs to either:

🔹 Repay their loans
🔹 Add more collateral to raise the HF higher.

🔍 This is why it’s essential to keep track of your account’s HF at all times.

📍 ProTip: You can use the #Notifi integration in NAVI to get alerts when your HF reaches a certain threshold. It’s good practice to have your HF above 1.3 and avoid unwanted liquidation scenarios.

🔑 zkLogin is a Sui feature that allows users to sign into their dApps in a simplified manner.

It now supports a number of OpenID OAuth providers including Google, Twitch, and Facebook, and allows users to log in to their Sui wallet using familiar credentials.

🫥 With zkLogin, developers can choose to use invisible wallets, abstracting the interaction with the blockchain from the end user for a more streamlined experience:

🎯 The feature has multiple goals:

🔹 Simple Onboarding by eliminating the friction of handling cryptographic keys. Blockchain experience becomes as familiar as logging into Google or Facebook.
