& I’m very disappointed by @RedotPay live chat support, they should improve it as the guys are not professional and keep saying the same shit over & over again instead of listening to my issue.

I was enjoying using @RedotPay physical card but suddenly got two unknown transactions which weren’t done by me.

1- I’ve never used my physical card on any online platform, I try to use my virtual card and that too not regularly.
