In Feb 2017 I got robbed while doing a cash trade on @LocalBitcoins The trade was for 7BTC ~ £6k at the time.

Now the 7BTC ~ £100k are still in the LocalBitcoins escrow.

Close above resistance would likely turn it into support.
If it held that could set us up for a powerful move up.
