Train No. 01154 has ruined our trip to bombay. One of my friend is sick and the train got delayed by 4 hours.
We’ve booked 3 tier AC but the ACs are not working!
We’d to even book a hotel on the spot because of delay.

@ZoomCarIndia IDC about any 300-400 bucks. The day was ruined completely. Called your customer service and explained the whole scenario continuously for 2 days. You must have a record, Pls check! And now i am hearing back from you on Twitter for a 300-400₹! Awesome

@ZoomCarIndia I wasn’t conveyed the message that I’ll need a formal bill. I couldn’t drive the car from the parking lot and The guard there called a mechanic to the parking lot which was in CP. You can check. The car didn’t move for good 8 hours app.
