@BrentASJax Provides a chance to showcase the entire team. Kicking game should generally, outside of big plays either way, create a small advantage. No extra down for team holding the ball last (teams would use all four downs). As fair as any system, and very high drama.

@BrentASJax Each team chooses where to place the ball for a field goal attempt. Phase three is a standard drive, including a kickoff. Each team gets one drive, and 4 minutes. A TD is an extra 10 yards. A very good score would come in somewhere around 200 yards.

@shanebutt10 @RapSheet @nflnetwork Absolutely they wouldnt. The bigger question is if there is unconscious or unintentional bias being applied when rating candidates. It doesnt have to be just skin color, it can be skin color combined with other potential factors (cultural) that may result in inaccurate bias
