Southwark Crown Court handed him an 8 month prison sentence, but suspended it for a year, meaning zero jail time for a dangerous assault on Abraham Diaw at a London club. I’m just trying to understand how an 8 month sentence gets completely wiped away like this.

What kind of message does that send to the actual victim who had to take that hit? If you or I did this, we'd be rotting behind bars right now. Absolute joke
