Hi, I need help with two banned locations. Emails from the owner were mistakenly marked as spam by an internal user from our own company, but they’ve since unmarked them. We have 20 locations, but these two haven’t been reinstated. Can you assist?

@GoogleMyBiz@sundarpichai I need escalation due to the failure to communicate from your team on why my 11 stores are unable to be verified in spite of us trying to do the video verification. We get no reasons when we submit paperwork and walk the store in video.

@GoogleMyBiz your video verification is utterly broken for us - convenience store chain. When we try to verify via video it says pending and then days later says verification required. Please tell me what we are doing wrong? We show documents, signs. We own the stores. Escalate
