Lost 67 credit score points due to negligence by HDFC Bank.

I had a personal loan with auto-debit EMI from my HDFC account. My account was frozen due to a transaction issue, so I started paying EMIs on time via GPay using the Loan ID.

Despite paying every EMI on time:
• HDFC charged ₹450 cheque bounce because auto-debit failed
• In Feb, I paid EMI via GPay but the amount was credited back to my bank account instead of the loan
• Now they are showing 2 months EMI due (₹10,236)
• My credit score dropped by 67 points

This is unfair when the payment was made on time.

Requesting @HDFCBank_Cares to investigate and correct my loan records and credit report immediately.
