Sounds great. But what rate is actually used when your crypto is converted?

If the conversion happens at a worse rate than the underlying market rate, you can still incur a meaningful cost even though the explicit FX fee is zero.

When comparing cards, check:
• the exchange rate used
• crypto conversion fees
• conversion spreads
• network FX where relevant

The advertised fee and the effective cost are not always the same thing.
