@KPNwebcare Ik heb een contract afgesloten bij budgetthuis. Dit deed ik eerst op 8 juni en daarna nog een paar keer zonder succes. Ze wisten niet waar het aanlag en zouden terugbellen maar nee niet gedaan. Nu eindelijk gelukt en nu is de startdatum op 22 juli

Nu ben ik te laat en willen jullie de schaden niet vergoeden? Ik heb 100 mails gestuurd en mijn situatie uitgelegd die jullie hebben gecreëerd. Jullie customer service behandeld deze situatie onwijs slecht echt ongelofelijk. Ze lezen me berichten niet eens

@transavia Eerst komt mijn kinderwagen niet aan, een dat later wordt hij stuk bezorgd. Ik meld dit bij een collega telefonisch en die geeft mij totaal verkeerde info en legt mij niet uit dat ik 7 dagen heb om dit elektronisch te melden.
