@k8em0 @jeffespo This is really similar to what my issues were (the folks at the long covid clinic told me I was actually doing really well since I was vaxxed 🙃) Do your symptoms align with POTS? I was sick from January to May-ish with that and the only thing that ever helped was LiquidIV.

@muteki_rtw Drinking hasn't been too bad for me, but whenever I have a panic or anxiety attack, I can't breathe for like one or two weeks. I didn't catch COVID again at DEFCON though, thankfully
