Added some code to deal with the #Binance shutdown. Their API were still returning price and volume data, so I had to add code that checks if an exchange is actively trading. All prices on #ccowl are correct.

South Korea exchanges have the biggest volumes on many big pairs. When China closed its exchanges - many in Asia just moved to use South Korean exchanges. Now, it will be the end of Bitcoin for many in the area. It will CRASH $BTC. I am hoping that local newspaper is wrong. https://t.co/Clfrp7vWF7
