@BibleInContext1 It's very clear, the laying out of hand is to receive the holy Spirit. The laying out of hand is done AFTER you are baptized. The only exception is Cornelius. Read all instances of baptism again in the NT, you'll see it.
Also 1 Timothy 4:14 - for the gift received.
@Joe84cisneros Scripture doesn't mean anything without someone reading it. It only means anything as it relates to human reading it and interpretating it.
