Those 149 crore are also user funds. It's mentioned in the affidavit - which I think you forgot to mention.

You should also start asking Nischal about the transparency report - if you care about the users (A few have been answered via Addifavit but other important ones are still unanswered) :

I went through the Affidavit & based on the Info, One thing that didn't make sense was that till now Wazirx has been claiming that 45% of User Crypto Funds were Hacked & 55% remain safe.

Based Affidavit, Wazirx revealed :

Total User Balance on 18th July: $570 Million
Total Crypto Stolen: $234 Million

234/570*100 = 41%

Based on this calculation - 41% of Funds were stolen & 59% were unaffected.

But Wazirx said only 55% were unaffected.

What am I Missing? Maybe their Team can Clarify.

Why isn’t WazirX returning the unhacked money?

From what I understand, they plan to use this money to fight the case in Singapore, and in the end, you’ll be left with peanuts and butter.
Lawyer will take fee doesn’t matter you Win/loss.

They have already withdrawn $12 million of users’ funds, and 55% of the funds have already been stolen.

Where is the profit ? Why are you only using users money to fight the case?

I don’t have a problem with Wazirx, I will support if they are transparent, stop taking business first approach & also stop blame game in which they have PHD since the start.

That’s the reason rather than attacking - I keep asking genuine questions, so we get some clarity but they have been completely ignoring them.

Also at the same time I have been trying to debunk their lies cuz if I don’t- People will believe them - if nobody else points them out. Maybe that’s why they don’t like me 😅

In the end what matters is that users are made full & for wazirx to take accountability.
