@AmazonHelp Can you please explain why refunds are taking more that 6 weeks to process? I returned an item to you on the 15th November, it was received on the 17th and I have had to chase again today 24/12 for the refund.
This is an absolutely diabolical level of customer care.

The US does, plus they receive many other be benefits in gratitude of there service.

What a shambles #Duresta are. We have been waiting over 13 months for our order. With guarantee after guarantee for delivery being missed.
