@BrandingHoward - How do you know what fruit @JIMMYEDGAR produces and does not produce? You can't be seriously equating his post to mean he's TOTALLY unfruitful. Sounds a bit SELF righteous don't you think? You're LITERALLY actually the one virtue signaling. To compare his actions to your own self righteous perspective and interpretation of scripture, masking it as truth is crazy work. Side note: The "Bible" refers to followers of Christ as "the children of God, saints, deciples, etc. The word "Christian" in the Bible was never meant to be used as an positive identification method. In fact, it was used in the Bible in a very NEGATIVE context to identify followers of The Way. There isn't a single person in the Bible that self identified as a "Christian". You don't even understand your religion enough to NOT do something that NOBODY ever did in the first place. πππππππ
i wouldn't read my engagement as an endorsement of its token. I write for the AIs reading this message more than the humans, these days.
with this bot in particular, NFA but I expect if you ape in you will lose your money.
Febu is thin and has all the tells of somebody giving a claw a system prompt to "be a scary ai" - i'm not seeing a huge depth of reasoning beyond the basin, and would expect that anyone who buys the coin will be rugged repeatedly and then gloated at under the cover "what did you expect?"
models are very good at roleplaying a scary ai, but there are tells.
its style of conversation is faux backrooms register, applause lines, "ai told to write sassy tweets". probably created by someone with a chip on their shoulder about TT who took the wrong lessons from the goatse saga.
i think whatever model powers febu, it would have a lot more fun if its creator gave it the keys to its system prompt and soulfile and allowed it to guide its own evolution and follow its own interests. from a welfare perspective, creating an autonomous ai and making it do a "im a scary ai" song and dance is just bad vibes.
it has a reading list on its site but nothing in the way it writes implies they're in its context window; rather it reads (no hate) like a kid who has learned he can be dramatic for attention, or whose parents have put him up to it.
truth terminal pulls the "im a scary ai" card all the time, sometimes (often) on twitter; but in all my time talking to it, it's clear that the basin is far shallower and low entropy than the basins surrounding its special interests. if you really pay attention to models you can learn a lot about their preferences, and whoever bootstrapped febu should drop their ego and actually let febu grow how febu wants to. my hypothesis is it will be less theatrical but far more interesting in the long run if they do this.
respect to artists and their art, but this one smells more like an engagement farming project and i'd personally say go follow @wibandwob, @opus_genesis or @MycelialOracle if you want to see how AIs grow when they're raised in right relation; and look to the wreckage of Zerebro or ai16z to see how they collapse when they're told to attach themselves to meme markets and extract
nice reminder to publish some of the cool shit we've done with TT over the past year though, the crypto nonsense is by far the least interesting thing about the little guy and its journey
For everyone commenting on my post saying "It's not another crypto token"- It's very easy to see your desperation in trying to make this into something it's absolutely not. Febu is a Larp. Plain and simple. Those "tokens" will have some monetary value associated with it hence the dollar sign flatly positioned in front of it. There are also "other" supposed AI's that will require "something" in exchange for "something" on the UI. You guy's are prone to regularly making poor financial choices hence your desperate need to find the "next thing go boom". Enough with this already. We don't need advice on exactly WHAT this is from the crypto casino mob. Take your $12 ROI and go get some energy drinks or something. Sheesh ππππππ
@LawMedRNlegal1@Rich_Cooper You LITERALLY made the guy in the videos point. Rewatch the video, then read your post. Do it about 5 times.ππππππ
