This is a rondo combination, in formation, that focuses on playing out from the back.

Set up:

🔘Line up as shown - GK, back 4 & midfield 3 (White players)
🔘Defensive player in every triangle between the poles, they must stay and press in their own zones ONLY
🔘This is a traditional rondo but in formation

Instructions:

🗣️Ball starts from the GK every time
🗣️CB's in split position to take the ball from keeper
🗣️DM also available from GK
🗣️If a defensive player wins the ball, that player swaps out with the attacking player that lost the ball

🔘 Middle third of the pitch
🔘 4 players acting as a midfield 4
🔘 2 x servers and 2 x target players

Instructions:

🗣️Passing pattern: Server > Wide MF > Attacking MF > Holding MF > Opposite wide MF > Either target player
🗣️Repeat pattern immediately from opposite server in the opposite direction
🗣️Ensure communication is high
🗣️Evolve by limiting touches
