The Dutch Public Prosecutors Office will seek 8 weeks of prison for the Iraqi asylum seeker Jamal T.

He ran over the 14-year-old Dutch girl Tamar in the summer of 2020 and fled the scene. She died in a nearby ditch.

Initially, the Dutch authorities that it was enough to only serve him a fine of €1500, but the fine remained unpaid as Jamal T. had returned to Germany without leaving an address.

The girl’s mother Trijntje Boes fought for 6 years to get a trial, and hopefully prison time, for the asylum seeker.

She was supported by independent experts and forensic investigators who showed that Tamar's body was moved after the collision.

The police and the Public Prosecutor's Office conducted insufficient investigation.

Trijntje’s niece Melissa, a graduated forensic IT specialist, tracked down the gray Mazda in her own investigation in less than 3 hours. It was a golden tip that the police initially did nothing with.

After nearly 6 years of fighting through her lawyers, the mother finally got the suspect to appear in court. It now remains the be seen whether he will have to serve the full 8 weeks in prison.

The prosecutor has demanded 2 weeks for not paying attention while driving by scrolling on his phone and an additional 6 weeks for fleeing the scene without calling for help.

The case became infamous in the Netherlands after it was revealed that the police had initially told Tamar’s mother that the driver “was from Germany” instead of revealing that it was an Iraqi asylum seeker and that they had later explained their decision by saying that they “didn’t want to create a Geert Wilders moment.”

Th two North African migrants strangled him until he lost consciousness, threw him to the ground, stole his gold chain, and left him gasping for air face-down on the pavement next to a children’s playground.

🇫🇷 French Antifa radicals in Lyon beat to death a 23-year-old Quentin, who defended activists from Collectif Némésis

The leader of the Antifa movement openly supported Hamas terrorists and has repeatedly evaded justice.

Quentin D., 23, was a student of finance and mathematics. He had converted to Catholicism several years ago and attended Mass with the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter.

Those close to him describe him as devout, saying his conversion also led members of his family back to the faith.

He was also active in nationalist circles and had agreed, along with about fifteen others, to provide security for a Némésis event near the IEP in Lyon, where far-left politician Rima Hassan was giving a lecture.

According to accounts from those present, the women of Némésis were first assaulted, after which the group packed up and left.

In nearby streets, they were reportedly pursued by several dozen activists linked to the Jeune Garde Antifa movement.

During the chase, Quentin was knocked down by Antifa radicals who were pursuing him and then kicked him in the head several times. He sustained severe head trauma.

He initially managed to get up and leave with a friend, but later collapsed near Quai Fulchiron in Vieux Lyon.

Emergency services were called, and he was admitted to Hôpital Édouard Herriot with a brain hemorrhage and placed in a coma.

He was later declared brain dead.

Radicals from the Jeune Garde group have previously been accused by opponents of violent actions against activists and students.

The movement is led by Raphaël Arnault, a notorious radical who has drawn police attention in the past and has publicly expressed support for Hamas, referring to it as a “resistance movement.”

The video shows the moment when Antifa first attacked an activist from Collectif Némésis.
