I bought a realme GT 7T (12GB/512GB) on 12 July. Since 23 July, I’ve been facing continuous issues with video playback, speaker and editing apps. The phone hangs whenever I try to edit videos.

I have visited the service center 7–8 times and contacted customer care 15–20 times. My phone has already been submitted 3 times for repair, but the issue keeps coming back.

Customer care previously told me that after the motherboard was replaced, they would focus on my replacement request. Despite following the process, I’m still not getting a replacement or refund.

Now both customer care and the service center keep delaying the matter and wasting my time instead of providing a proper solution. I have spent a huge amount of time and energy travelling to the service center and repeatedly explaining the same issue.

This is a brand-new phone, and the problem started just 11 days after purchase. Why should I keep visiting the service center for a phone that I paid for as new?

I request @realmeIndia @realmeTechLife to personally review my case and provide a replacement or a proper resolution immediately.
