You know what shook me when I was Muslim?
The story of Hosea. God tells a prophet to marry a woman He knows will betray him.
She does. She runs to other men. She ends up enslaved, sold, used up, worthless to the world.
And God tells Hosea to go BUY HER BACK.
To pay money for his own wife who cheated on him, and love her again. Hosea 3.
I thought it was the most humiliating command in the Bible. Why would any man do that?
Then I realized I was the wife.
I gave my heart to everything but God. I chased other masters. I sold myself cheap. I made myself worthless.
And God looked at me, the betrayer, and didn’t say “you’re not worth it.”
He said, “Name the price. I’m buying her back.”
That’s the Gospel. God doesn’t wait for the unfaithful to come crawling back clean.
He pays to redeem them while they’re still dirty.
Islam told me to make myself worthy of God.
Hosea showed me a God who pays to redeem the unworthy.
The cross was Him naming the price.
Praise the Lord.
“Saul died for his breach of faith. . . . He did not seek guidance from the Lord. Therefore the Lord put him to death and turned the kingdom over to David.” 1 Chronicles 10:13–14
It is serious to say that Jesus is Lord and not seek his guidance.
When I was Muslim, I never understood why the Bible spent so many chapters on a tent in the desert. The tabernacle. Endless boring detail.
Then someone walked me through it, and I couldn’t unsee it.
There was only ONE door into the whole structure. One way in. Jesus said, “I am the door.” John 10:9.
The first thing you hit inside was an altar where something died. You couldn’t get to God without passing the place of sacrifice. The cross stands between you and the Father.
Then a basin of water for washing. “Unless one is born of water and the Spirit…” John 3:5.
Then light, bread, and finally God’s presence behind the veil.
Every single piece was Jesus. The door, the sacrifice, the washing, the light, the bread, the presence.
You know what shook me?
God gave Israel a 3D blueprint of His Son 1,500 years early and had them carry it through the desert.
They were camping around a picture of Jesus and didn’t know it.
Islam told me it was old ritual.
It was a portrait, stitched in fabric and gold, waiting for the face to arrive.
That face? CHRIST JESUS.
A powerful moment of faith is going viral as a mother, navigating the challenges of dementia, is seen fully immersed in a virtual Bible study. Despite her diagnosis, her relationship with Jesus remains unbroken as she claps, worships and still remembers the name of the Lord Jesus
This is not AI. Every drone you see in this video is being controlled by a single Ukrainian operator. There is currently no technology capable of countering this, and I don’t think one will exist anytime soon.
You have to see this! South Korea shows how to defend against a drone swarm
During drills on the country's west coast, 50 drones simulated a low-altitude swarm attack.
Eight Vulcan air defense guns shot down 44 drones with concentrated barrage fire. The remaining six were taken out using a portable laser system and shotguns.
It's how South Korea is preparing for one of modern warfare's biggest threats: coordinated drone swarm attacks.
🇩🇪 Germany mailed 298,200 letters to every 18-year-old in the country, asking if they'd voluntarily join the military.
The result: 530 actually signed up. That's 0.18%.
25% showed initial interest. After a follow-up call, that dropped to 12.5%.
Of those, 1,500 went through physical screening, 80% passed as fit for service, and only 530 walked away with a firm job offer.
Germany's active force needs to grow from 186,000 to roughly 260,000 by the mid-2030s to meet NATO targets.
Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has already warned that if volunteers don't get the job done, partial conscription is "not something we can avoid."
Mandatory registration for all 18-year-old men starts July 2027 either way. Whether actual conscription follows is still up to the Bundestag.

Every Russian defense facility that serves the war against Ukraine is a just target for our long-range sanctions.
Last night, FP-5 Flamingo missiles successfully struck the Titan-Barrikady facility in Volgograd. It is a major industrial complex where the enemy produces artillery systems and specialized military equipment, including components for missile launch systems used in attacks against our people. Confirmed strikes were followed by a fire on the plant's premises. I thank the warriors of our Defense Forces for their precision.
The reach of Ukraine's long-range sanctions continues to expand. And it is precisely our pressure, day after day, that lays the groundwork for a dignified peace in the end. I am grateful to every Ukrainian engineer and warrior who is making our long-range capabilities possible. Glory to Ukraine!
Paul wrestles in prayer that we would “reach all the wealth of full assurance of insight” (Colossians 2:2).
Earlier he had prayed that we be “filled with all spiritual insight” (Colossians 1:9).
There is a kind of God-given, Spirit-formed insight that carries in it the precious experience of assurance.
A viral TikTok creator has lost more than 30,000 followers in just 48 hours—and she says she'd make the same decision all over again 💔🙏
Alex Reads Tarot shocked her audience this week by announcing she was walking away from tarot readings, deleting all of her content, and dedicating her life to her Christian faith.
The creator—who was even name-dropped in a Hayley Williams song last year—had built a massive following before making the life-changing announcement.
In an emotional farewell video, she told followers that "Jesus Christ has saved my life" and revealed she'd spent the past year praying, reflecting, and questioning the path she was on.
She initially told fans the video would be her "final post" and that once the account was gone, she "will not be returning."
But after her announcement exploded across social media—and her follower count dropped by more than 30,000—Alex returned with one more video.
"I didn't think I was gonna make another video," she admitted, explaining that she felt compelled to speak again following the overwhelming response.
The creator has also deleted all of her tarot reading videos, ended her paid readings, and says she's now focused entirely on her relationship with God.
The dramatic decision has divided social media, with some praising her for following her convictions while others were stunned to see one of TikTok's most recognizable tarot creators walk away from everything she built.- CREDIT, The Life
God gave Moses 50 chapters of instructions for a tent.
Fifty.
More space in the Bible is devoted to the design of the Tabernacle than to the creation of the universe.
That's not an accident.
Every measurement, material, and color was pointing to something, and once you see it, you can't unsee it.
A thread. 🧵
Venezuela just experienced something that statistically should not happen: two of the four largest earthquakes in its recorded history, 39 seconds apart.
In over a century of records, the biggest quake the country ever logged was a 7.7 in 1900. Wednesday's 7.5 now ranks second all-time. The 7.2 that struck 39 seconds before it ranks around fourth. Same fault, same minute.
That gap is what turned it catastrophic. A building doesn't reset between shocks. The first cracks the structure, shifts load paths, loosens connections. The second lands on a frame that's already compromised. A structure that rides out a single 7.5 can come down under a 7.2 followed by a 7.5. The damage compounds in a way neither quake does alone.
The stacked energy is also why it reached so far. Shaking was felt into Colombia and reportedly as far as Brazil's Amazon, over 1,000 miles out.
A country's second- and fourth-biggest earthquakes ever, 39 seconds apart. Most fault systems don't do that in 10,000 years.
BREAKING: The UK just confirmed a 22% tax on interest earned from cash sitting inside Stocks and Shares ISAs, starting 6 April 2027.
An ISA was supposed to mean one thing: money grows completely tax-free.
A Stocks and Shares ISA holds investments, but people often leave cash sitting inside it too, uninvested, just earning interest, tax-free until now.
Next year, the Cash ISA allowance for under-65s gets cut from £20,000 to £12,000. To stop savers from working around that, HMRC is locking down every option:
- Cash held in a Stocks and Shares ISA now gets taxed 22% on its interest.
- You can no longer move money from a Stocks and Shares ISA into a Cash ISA.
- You can no longer hold an entire non-Cash ISA in cash like funds either.
Example: £40,000 sitting as cash inside a Stocks and Shares ISA earning 4.5% makes £1,800 a year. From April 2027, £396 of that goes straight to HMRC, leaving £1,404.
So the government is taxing a savings habit people have used for 27 years, while building in a higher allowance for one age group only.
🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russia’s gasoline crisis is spreading fast: At least 2/3 of the country now has fuel rationing or shortages after nonstop Ukrainian drone strikes on refineries.
Limits on how much you can buy, bans on filling jerry cans, empty stations in Crimea, and even talk of banning diesel exports.
Production is down 15% from last year, with refinery runs hitting a 20-year low after a record number of attacks in May.
Kyiv is bringing the war home to Russian drivers.
Pump prices rising, panic buying, and it’s getting politically sensitive right before parliamentary elections.

You honestly have to rub your eyes looking at Russia's battlefield losses from the past 24 hours.. 🇷🇺📉 The Ukrainian General Staff just released the fresh morning stats, and it is an absolute catastrophe for the occupying forces. A staggering 1,390 Russian troops were eliminated (KWIA) in a single day! What’s hilarious is that they lost a grand total of 0 tanks, but look at their artillery and logistics: 74 artillery systems destroyed, 7 APVs, 1 MLRS, 7 ground drones, and 1,851 UAVs knocked out of the sky! But the absolute craziest number in the entire report? Russia somehow managed to lose a mind-boggling 626 soft vehicles and fuel tankers (!!!) along with 8 pieces of special equipment. When you're forced to deploy regular civilian dump trucks and logistics vans because your main supply lines into Crimea are completely cut off, this is exactly what happens. Losing over 600 transport vehicles in just 24 hours has got to be a new world record in military incompetence. Everything is going exactly according to plan! 😂🍿 Source: Official daily combat loss update from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (June 23, 2026).
