I have not been difficult, I don’t know what’s happened, the address I send to is always the same. That address I’ve checked all wallets I own is nothing to do with me. I’m out of ideas and can see no progress here so I am completely out of pocket.

So really you should be looking to resolve the problem and restore my tokens instead of dismissing the problem that I stated I have been having with yourself for months

If you look at my account all previous transactions I have placed with you has confirmations on your website and I’ve never had an issue. On this one the ONLY one on my account with 0 confirmations I haven’t the tokens. So where are the tokens?
