One of my personal favorite features announced at WWDC will I suspect be a sleeper hit: container machines, allowing your Mac to run a lightweight, persistent Linux environment with your home directory and repos automatically mounted: https://t.co/dOBdfOOVxC
Best practices that were always too laborious for people are now achievable. It is not just about becoming more efficient at doing work. It's about doing work that people simply wouldn't or couldn't do for any number of human reasons.
"Diffusion of responsibility occurs when people who need to make a decision wait for someone else to act instead. The more people involved, the more likely it is that each person will do nothing, believing someone else from the group will probably respond."
This plagues me though, because point to point is expensive.
MIKE TIRICO’S ALL-TIME GREAT OLYMPICS SIGN-OFF:
“All the young people out there, those dreams are formed now. Go chase them, our country loves sports, it brings us together unlike anything else. And if you didn’t know that: you saw it in Team USA Hockey”

But noticed one theme. Republicans pass buck.
" you have to ask so and so.."
" not responsible for that"
My point—the singular theme of my campaign for Congress—is this:
Whatever your specific policy priorities and preferences may be, wherever you think the public interest should take us, we can’t and won’t get there unless and until we …

In response, Trump’s FCC reportedly threatened CBS if the interview aired.
CBS caved and pulled the segment, citing “financial reasons.”
In modern American history, no president has been more hostile to free speech than Donald Trump.

I continue this week with deep sense of my helplessness overall. I turned to reading Marcus Aurelius:
“If it is not right, do not do it, if it is not true, do not say it," and "Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one".

The biggest divide in our politics is not left vs right — it’s top vs bottom.
Billionaires are dividing us because our unity is a threat to their wealth and power.
I went on @joerogan’s show to bridge the divide and build a coalition big enough to take power back.
