@AskTheGiver Depends on what kind of shape..the major one I see is when people say“I’m going to come train once I get in better shape.” This is in reference to bjj/mma/stand up. It’s like saying “I’m going to get in shape by running to get good at swimming.”..so not showing up is the mistake.
