A personal note on Torram.
Over the past few years, Torram has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.
We started with a simple but ambitious belief: that Bitcoin could become more than a store of value — that it could become a foundation for real financial infrastructure.
We believed there was room to build native tools for issuance, indexing, validation, and tokenized assets directly around Bitcoin.
We gave everything we had to that vision.
After a long effort to raise the capital required to continue building and launch the network, we were not able to secure the funding needed to move forward as an operating company.
As a result, we have made the decision to wind down and sunset Torram Labs but at the same time sunrise the community development of Torram's innovations as it will live on open source.
This is not the outcome we wanted. But I am proud of what the team built and Torram stays true to the core ethos of decentralized building much like Bitcoins' core ethos.
The codebase is fully open source so that the work can live on beyond the company.
The repositories are available here:
https://t.co/BMUuQ9LHlm
Some of the key projects now available include:
Torram Core Chain
Torram Chain Explorer
TSB
TSB SDK, and related developer tooling.
Our hope is that other builders, researchers, and developers in the Bitcoin ecosystem can take these ideas further than we were able to.
If even part of this work helps someone build something useful, then the effort was not wasted.
To our validators, investors, advisors, partners, early supporters, and everyone who believed in us:
Thank You! 🙏
Your support gave us the opportunity to push a BIG idea forward that we genuinely believe matters.
Building a company is hard.
Building in crypto is harder.
Building infrastructure around Bitcoin is harder still.
But I still believe the next era of Bitcoin will be shaped by builders who are willing to explore what comes after passive holding, native Bitcoin use cases,.
No wrappers, no bridges, native solutions.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
Looking forward to the next chapter in life!

@claudeai This sounds great in theory until you realize the avg person doesnt have an infinite token budget... You need something like https://t.co/c58ChUaT2W to manage the agent spend with receipts and audit logs, one of the worst situations is the infinite looping and blind retries.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Nathan Allman, Ondo's founder. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones.
Nate’s brilliance, humility, and drive shaped every part of what Ondo is today. His belief in the power of technology to create a more open, accessible financial system lives on in everything we build. The impact he had on this industry, and on all of us personally, cannot be overstated.
Nate also helped us build a durable organization with experienced leaders across all facets of the business. Ian De Bode, Ondo Finance’s longtime President, will serve as CEO. Ian has been leading our strategy, product, and day-to-day operations for over two years and has the full confidence of the leadership team.
We will continue building what Nate started. That is the most meaningful way we know to honor him.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM TORRAM_XYZ MAIN ACCOUNT:
Today marks a new chapter for Torram Network.
We’re making the full Torram Network codebase open source and publicly available to the Bitcoin builder community:
https://t.co/BMUuQ9L9vO
Torram was built around a simple belief:
Bitcoin’s future extends beyond store of value.
We believe Bitcoin can become a foundation for native financial infrastructure — including issuance, validation, indexing, token standards, and real-world asset applications.
That belief remains unchanged.
What changes today is the path forward.
Torram Labs will be sunsetting as a company, but Torram Network is now open-source infrastructure for developers, researchers, validators, and builders across the Bitcoin ecosystem.
The release includes:
• Torram Core Chain
• Torram Chain Explorer
• TSB — a Bitcoin token standard with ERC-3643 compatibility
• TSB SDK + developer tooling
Our hope is that the community can build on this work, improve it, fork it, experiment with it, and take the ideas further.
Thank you to everyone who supported Torram — our validators, contributors, partners, investors, advisors, and community.
Torram Labs is sunsetting.
Torram Network is now open to the world.
The next chapter belongs to builders.

Buried on page 230 of the CLARITY Act is arguably the biggest win for the digital asset industry in the entire 309-page bill.
Section 604: The Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act.
If you build open-source blockchain software and don't have unilateral control over users' funds, you are not a money transmitter. Not under FinCEN rules. Not under federal criminal law. Not under state registration requirements.
Writing code ≠ money transmission.
Building self-custody tools ≠ money transmission.
Running node infrastructure ≠ money transmission.
For years, developers have operated under the threat that publishing code could expose them to money transmission charges. Section 604 eliminates that ambiguity entirely. It establishes a clear, codified legal protection for the people who actually build the open-source infrastructure this industry runs on.

The idea of "one shotting" an app using AI is a fugazi.
If you had to describe my app and all the edge cases I have solved over the years, it would be a prompt the size of a small book, and my app isn't even that complicated.
The people promoting creating a business overnight with AI are just selling a get rich quick pipedream. Those grifters are present in every cycle.
AI has completely transformed how I work, but you can't push a button and make money. Doesn't work like that.
How to think about the founder who won’t take “No.” for an answer.
Regulatory barrier? They find a workaround.
Technical limitation? They build around it.
Market rejection? They pivot the approach.
Funding door slams? They find another way in.
Too many investors see this and think, "Difficult. Stubborn. Won't listen."
I see it differently, "Problem solver. Unstoppable. Will find a way."
The smooth-talking sales founder who charms everyone is often the bigger risk.
The enthusiasm and charisma is great for getting funding, but doesn’t always translate to the ability to find their way around barriers.
When building a startup, finding ways around barriers is the single most important skill.
Don’t give up on the first, “No.”
The founder who sees barriers as challenges to overcome... that's who builds something special.
Elon nailed the real test for Mars: the fork in human destiny is whether we build a city there that can keep going and growing even if Earth stops sending resupply ships.
If Mars can survive on its own, consciousness gets a way longer shot at lasting.
"Hong Kong has been actively building the regulatory framework to promote the steady, sustainable development of our Web3 ecosystem."

Nobody has fought harder for full release of the Epstein files and prosecutions of those who abused children more than I did, knowing full well that the legacy media, far-left propagandists and those who are actually guilty would:
1. Admit nothing
2. Deny everything
3. Make counter-accusations against me
I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
Nonetheless, the extreme pain of being accused of being the opposite of who I am was worth it.
The strong must protect those cannot protect themselves, especially vulnerable children. I will gladly accept any amount of future pain to do more to protect kids and give them a chance to grow up and have happy lives.
