$BTC Weekly Chart – When Is the Bottom In?

If you want to know where the market is heading, you need to zoom out. The daily chart is useful, but the weekly chart gives you the bigger picture.

Bitcoin moves in cycles. Corrections and bear markets are a normal and healthy part of every cycle. They shake out weak hands, reset market sentiment, and create the foundation for the next bull run.

So, where is the bottom?

One of the indicators I use is the Weekly RSI (Relative Strength Index). It helps identify when Bitcoin is oversold or overbought.

Historically, every major Bitcoin correction has pushed the Weekly RSI into the oversold zone at least once before a long-term bottom was formed. Those historical bottoms are marked by the white lines on the chart.

Could Bitcoin still drop to $50k? Absolutely. It's a realistic possibility.

However, I believe the $50k–$55k support zone (highlighted in yellow) is likely to hold, and that's where I expect Bitcoin to establish its cycle bottom.

My strategy

Personally, I'm DCA'ing (Dollar-Cost Averaging) into Bitcoin whenever the price drops below $60k. Trying to perfectly time the bottom is almost impossible, so I'd rather accumulate over time.

What could trigger the next bull run?

Once the bottom is in, all we need is a major catalyst to send Bitcoin back toward a new all-time high.

Possible catalysts include:

✅ The Clarity Act being passed and providing regulatory certainty for the crypto industry.
✅ A peace agreement that ends the conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States, reducing geopolitical uncertainty.
✅ An end to the Russia–Ukraine war, improving global market sentiment.

No one knows exactly where the bottom will be, but history shows that buying during periods of fear has often been rewarded over the long term.
