That doesn’t answer the point. Filing legal challenges or contesting extradition is using the legal process, not proof of guilt and not automatically ‘fleeing justice.’ If you’re claiming they’re guilty, the relevant question is what evidence has actually been tested in court and what convictions exist. Allegations, charges and prosecutors’ claims are not the same thing as a conviction.
