Karmleo Anthony was probing security because he was looking to steal; vigilance against line testing is easier than vigilance against the theft that happens when the lines are crossed. Find an unattended area and stealing is easy - the problem is the confrontations that happen when he wanders into areas he doesn't belong but the solution to that is individual overwhelming reactive violence and cultural hostility to anyone who would dare interfere with this theft precursor

The parallels to (D) run elections are pretty clear - they make sure to run them in such a way that the actual cheating is trivial under the rules they demand but they want the legitimacy conferred by running "elections" so they will *line test*

I would argue some of the most powerful testimony in the Karmelo Anthony trial was when a witness heard the Defendant say: ‘You’re not going to move me. You’re a b*tch.”

At the close of the state’s case, it genuinely appears that the defendant was there it seems, as odd as it would’ve sounded, to provoke or pick a fight. There’s no rational reason that he refused 14 or 15 times when asked to leave. There’s no rational reason that he said what he said. There’s no rational reason why he intentionally brought a knife to a simple school track meet. This is not a case of self-defense.

I have an enormous amount of respect for the defense team. In this case, Mike Howard, and Toby Shook. Their seasoned attorneys and very good men. But I don’t know what they have to work with here.

I predict 35 years. I also predict that there will be a segment of the American community that will never accept any verdict other than a ridiculous not guilty because of how this was unfortunately made into a racial charged case by his supporters and his family. Sadly, there may actually be unrest, alá George Floyd.
