MY SCARIEST CRYPTO WALLET STORY 👻

I still remember the date clearly because it sits in my head like a permanent tattoo.🥹

31 March 2024 - Sunday evening, around 8:40 PM.

I was sitting on my balcony, the weather was good, and I was feeling like “life is going perfect.”

I had just finished a long week of work, and I thought I deserved to check my crypto portfolio you know, just to feel good about myself.

I opened my digital wallet app on my phone, casually, without expecting anything unusual.🥲

But the screen I saw didn’t look right.

First, there was a delay. Then the balance refreshed.
Balance: $0.00

At first, I laughed.😂
You know that laugh that comes from disbelief, not happiness?

I closed the app and reopened it.
Still zero.
Refreshed internet.
Still zero.
Restarted phone.
Still zero.

That laughter slowly turned into silence.🤐
My heart felt like it dropped into my stomach.💔

I quickly checked my transaction logs and that’s when I saw it. Lub-dub lub-dub 💔

A withdrawal I didn’t authorize.
Some unknown wallet address.
All my crypto.... gone.

Coins I had held for 1.5 years, everything I had planned for future investments, every late-night trade, every moment of pride.... disappeared in seconds.
