When #Bitcoin dominance hit a record-low of 32.8% in Jan. of 2018, both Bitcoin and #altcoin prices were rising. That was bullish for #crypto. However, the current decline in Bitcoin's dominance is occurring as Bitcoin and altcoin prices are falling. That's bearish for crypto!
