@FlyFrontier After paying $360 for just 3 baggage, a flight was delayed and you guys informed that just 20 minutes from departing. Now, we lost $300 in reservations. We need responses because someone should pay for that, not us the passengers.

Today flight 117 from SJU to MCO was delayed and @FlyFrontier informed that just 20 minutes before boarding. We lost a reservation because of that costing us $300. Who is going to pay for that? The flight is out of the reach of the winter storm. #frontierairlines
