The community was drawn in with promises of a Launchpad, Vault, and XP rewards. On September 30, 2025, the Pad was announced as live. Yet no allocations followed, and no verifiable launch materialized. What came next? Distance, silence, and emptied bios.
@eyezenhour — On March 3, 2026, in a buying thread, he stated: “already holding a lot of $BLOCK.” Later, he told the community: “I never promoted the BLOCK token,” claiming his role had nothing to do with it. In between, he served as CMO.
@Nikzad1111David — On November 13, 2025, he publicly declared: “I love BLOCK.” His company, Orthogonal Thinker, owned 17.5% of Block Street Corp. When the company was acquired on April 30, 2026, it received AIFC shares and contingent warrants. Token holders received nothing.
@Kylechasse — He displayed $BLOCK in his bio while the token was gaining attention. Later, it disappeared. He was also listed as COO on the company’s website. This alone is not proof of wrongdoing, but the pattern raises serious questions: visible when the token was being promoted, absent when accountability was demanded.
@DerekAPeterson — A 17.5% owner and Chief Strategist, he publicly described the acquisition as a “$40M+” deal. According to the agreement, “Modified Operating Income” also includes profits from token sales generated by ICO operations. Those profits can contribute to his warrant tranche — not to the wallets of ordinary $BLOCK holders.
FOLLOW THE MONEY.
The company-controlled Safe received 200 million BLOCK. Of those, 75 million were transferred out in 2026, while 125 million remain unlocked.
Historical on-chain activity reportedly shows approximately 216 million BLOCK moving toward MEXC, with profits transferred as USDC to Binance. The September 20 dump through wallet 0x790e appears to involve a separate trading desk, not that Safe.
THE CORPORATE EXIT.
Morgan (40%), Klemmer (25%), Peterson (17.5%), and Nikzad’s Orthogonal Thinker (17.5%) sold the company to AIFC.
The consideration included approximately 12.67 million shares, valued at $12 million, plus warrants potentially worth up to approximately $31 million.
Meanwhile, AIFC’s 10-Q described the business as not yet deployed, reported no revenue, and made no mention of $BLOCK.
THE QUESTION THE COMMUNITY DESERVES ANSWERED:
How could the people associated with promoting $BLOCK benefit from a multimillion-dollar corporate acquisition while the token holders who supported the project were left with losses, unanswered questions, and silence?
The community deserves transparency, accountability, and a full explanation of what happened to the token, the treasury, and the promises made to investors.
You cannot build trust with a community, benefit from its support, and then simply pretend that community never existed.
$BLOCK HOLDERS DESERVE ANSWERS.

@YBCRYP@HamlinWeb3@BlockStreetXYZ Brother, what for? We lost. It’s over. You were just one piece of the puzzle. You were used, just like everyone else.
@Kylechasse Do you seriously think that just because you left BlockStreet and sold your stake, all the promises you made and leaving investors behind will simply be forgotten? SCAMMER. $Block
@DerekAPeterson ’s post may have encouraged more people to buy $BLOCK. Grok also flagged unusual $BLOCK token movements potentially linked to Derek. If the token has been abandoned, these findings could be relevant to the SEC and FBI. We are preserving all evidence!
